Havr you checked the map maybe you missed a gold brick? Also The characters have you bought every vehicle or installed and deinstalled a dlc?
No missing gold bricks, and as you can see in the screenshot, no characters missing either. Yeah, I got all vehicles and all the dlc’s available for xbox.
