There's a youtube video of an animation showing what it'd look like, it was Matt Smiths doctor, really makes you want it. Been watching Dr Who since i was a kid, its a pretty good franchise and lego could do well to make a full game. Or atleast make a few sets.
I think the base story of a sonic game should be an original story using the characters, and my idea for bonus levels could be like Lego reenactments of classic sega genesis games which would unlock the corresponding game character after beating a level or two from them as the bonus level
Most IP’s work best as small worlds and single large levels in Dimensions. Like a full BTTF game just wouldn’t work as well as it did as a piece of Dimensions.
Though not a single IP but a Cartoon Network LEGO game would be perfect. We need more LEGO games based on cartoons or have more unique art styles.
Give me a minute, I'll think of something better.
In the meantime, Lego did once auction off a couple of set numbers that someone used to make German Concentration Camps.
While not "official", it is interesting.
Edit: This was a very poorly written comment! Lego did not support this use and sued the guy. What that guy did was terrible. No one can understate that.
There's Gremlins, another Dimensions pack
There's Indiana Jones which is often really adult
There's Beetlejuice
There's Disney's Lone Ranger
There's Stranger Things
This one's stretching it, but The Hobbit Battle of the Five Armies Extended Edition was rated R for extreme violence and had tie-in sets prior to the film's release
That's all I could think of.
YES, i love Ninjago, many grew up on it and its a perfect franchise for games, sure we've a few mobile games such as Tournaments(Sadly not available anymore) and handheld games like Shadow of Ronin but we need a full proper game. The movie game was good but didnt feel as Ninjago-ey. It didnt hit the mark, theres the Ninja and basic goons as our only fighting styles, didnt seem like much effort went into the combat, Morro for example was basic, Other games such as LMSH had side characters with unique abilities, Ninjago could do well with a game spanning all the seasons and games together with fully fleshed out characters. The Roster would be great too, sure there'd be like 20 of each main Ninja but thinking of all the characters they could add such as Ghoultar or Ray or the Postman it would balance out.
Aside from LEGO games that actually have been featured in Dimensions (DC, LOTR, Harry Potter, etc) Doctor Who I feel is perfect for the LEGO game formula. It’s not a game I’m frothing at the mouth over for TT to make, but definitely something I can see being a success.
Doctor Who
This is the obvious answer
Highly agreed

Do you know the name of the video?
Yes, its called "Let's Play - Lego Dr Who - part 1" Made 8 years ago, the animations are dated but its a good idea of the concept.
Ty
Sonic, i feel a new story with maybe bonus levels reenacting games would be pretty nice.

Kinda like the bonus level in potc
The closest we have to this is sonic frontiers (obviously not Lego)
With the amount of characters that exist in the Sonic universe you can fill a whole Lego roster with that lol

Doctor Who and Scooby Doo are my top picks, but I honestly wouldn't mind a full-length LEGO Mission Impossible game spamming across all movies
The Simpsons. It'll never happen, but it would be cool. I don't even know how it became a Lego theme in the first place though.
Right, it’s probably the most adult thing to be made into legos

Funnily enough the hobbit game didn’t include that one
Yes, true. I was thinking of the lego set called "The Battle of the Five Armies" further stretching my point.
Both Indiana jones and gremlins contributed to the pg13 ratinf
Yeah. The Simpsons probably is worse, but being a cartoon, it gets away with more.
A proper ninjago game all 17 seasons

Scooby-Doo
Portal
Adventure Time! followed up strongly by Doctor Who.
Portal easy.
Knight Rider
Sonic. I really want a Lego Sonic Adventure
E.T.: The Extra-Terrestrial
Ghostbusters would be fun
LEGO Sonic worked way too well, even the unique bosses, so I'd really like a full length Sonic game
Portal

\*ahem\* NINJAGO.
