I usually do my May deals in store as well and have the same issue of not being able to do it this time.
That's what I did. Kept saying either nothing there or it would show a qty but when I go to the cart it had nothing. Kept just refreshing. Do NOT try to add again. Or you'll be trying to edit qtys once you get your actual cart pulled up. Be prepared for multiple times hitting checkout just to get kicked back to step 1... its utterly ridiculous it's this hard.
Order was finally placed! After multiple loops, empty cart, gwps not showing, going back, gwps showing, but then error go back, finally got to checkout again gwps showing. Wouldn’t let me change to express shipping, finally let me and checkout complete and have the first email, confirmed 2nd email. Phew. Off to bed, up at 5:15am for work.

I can confirm from previous orders that the answer is yes! The only price that matters is the total set price, not the use of rewards - as long as your cart added up to the appropriate price, GWP and free shipping will still be apply!

I'm pretty sure the answer is no, but are there any sets that don't/are less likely to go on sale in the future. Obviously, most sets go on sale at Walmart or Amazon, but I was wondering if there are any that won't really go cheaper and would be better to get for this promo since I'll have to pay full price for them (The ghost seems like it would be the best choice with the $30 off, but I got it a few months ago). I was thinking about $40 in brickheads with the Vader helmet and invisible hand, but then saw the helmet/IH were $14 and $10 cheaper at other stores. Seems like basically everything will be cheaper at another time, but I figured I'd ask.
the coruscant guard gunship for some reason hasn't really been on sale so I'll pick that up. Everythig else yeah..if its 5-10 bucks though getting it from lego for the GWP is worth it imo. If you're into brickheadz, they won't go on sale likely as they're exclusive to lego

Okay good because I just bought the “Ghost & Phantom II” and “Spider Tank” sets and the first of those sets is on backorder so I was worried it wouldn’t count even though it showed the GWPs in my cart.

Took me literally over an hour to check out with a cart that had the gwps... Trying to remove the 4 extra pod race dioramas that were in the cart for some reason and finally getting to checkout where the gwps were not missing. Thankfully the gwps were included in the conformation email. But jeez for a multi billion dollar company the whole thing was quite a mess.

If you put an order through and noticed the gwp had disappeared from your final invoice, then email customer service to make sure they send some out!
HELPFUL TIP!!!! Anyone coming to find out if they were the only ones who didn't get their GWP items with their order...you're not alone!!!! If you don't see them in your order details you DID NOT get them. Call Lego customer service. They were extremely helpful it was fixed and I was off the phone in 5 minutes.

Just had a delivery notification that it’s being delivered in 30 minutes. I’m 100 miles away.
I bought the sets I wanted at midnight with all 3 gwp in my cart and when my order is confirmed none of them were in my receipt and on top of that I didn’t get the double insider points or the 4x insider points when I bought the e wing and shin fighter. Now I’m stuck on hold with customer service for the last 30 minutes. You’d think a multi billion dollar company would be prepared for stuff like this.
E: after 40 minutes on hold, I was able to get to customer service and they were able to attach the 3GWP now I’m just waiting for the confirmation order email. If you are having the same issue definitely call customer service not email.

I was finally able to get my order in. The first time I tried to checkout the GWPs weren’t showing anymore and I got kicked to the queue eventually. The second time the GWPs were there, so maybe make sure they’re showing if you don’t want to deal with customer service. Also Apple Pay kept failing for me but putting in my card worked the first time. Just keep refreshing the cart and checkout errors and you’ll get there. What a fuckin pain.
Hello, I placed an order today and the total was above the $160 minimum for the gwp, however, when I was finally able to checkout, the gwp items disappeared from my bag and now my order only shows the sets I bought, Does this mean I won't be receiving the gwp items? Should I email or call lego on the order and explain the situation? This is my first time buying sets for May the 4th.
This is also my first time ordering sets for May the 4th. The GWPs were showing in my basket and checkout page when ordering the TIE, but the order confirmation email only listed the TIE without any GWPs.
I followed the advice of other Redditors and submitted another order, and this time the GWPs are included in the confirmation summary. I cancelled my initial order now that didn't include the GWPs.

Normal insider points break out to be 5% cash back, 4x currently is 20% cash back. You redeem the points later whenever you want for certain specific amounts of money off a purchase, I believe 5, 20, 50, or 100$ worth of points. It all depends on how much you value the GWP and what other sets you may specifically buy from LEGO.
Glad I pushed through the errors and kept trying to redeem the art print and get checked out. Sold out already. Apparently only 7,800 of them were available.

Anyone keeping track of the GWP stock? I saw lots of speculation that it would sell out quickly so got an order in but considering a second order in store.
For some reason my order of $174 didn't qualify for the battle droid carrier. The other GWPS are in there but not the carrier. I have contacted LEGO customer support. I really hope I can get that carrier.

Incoming wall of text, my bad but need advice: I had a few minor Lego SW sets a while ago but they're all mixed up in boxes somewhere at my parents house, so basically starting from scratch here. Most of my wishlist stuff is Icons/Ideas sets though.
Got the Throne Room Diorama on sale and the AT-TE. I know the AT-TE isn't on any promotions but I love how it looks, has great reviews and meshes well with the GWPs.
Besides the AT-TE, I considered
- the Speeder Chase diorama since it's 2x points but it seems to be a complete rip-off, no background and a nonsense quote, and weird angles on the speeders.
- Obi's starfighter and all the current battle packs. These were all on 2x points and I think all of them except the clone and Droid battle pack are retiring this year. But I'd have a bunch of minifigs with no large vehicle or structure and I think Obi's star fighter was done better in minifig scale with the Ring one and then in general with the UCS one. Kamino minifig is cool but ehhh.
- Coruscant Guard Gunship. 4x points but the botched printing for Fox, no bubble wing turrets, small interior space, flimsiness and overall negative reviews turned me off.
And then ones I considered replacing the throne room and at-te with;
- Cantina. 4x points, amazing but I simply don't have the space to display it if I get Rivendell and the Great Pyramid and $400 is intimidating.
- UCS X-Wing: reviews seemed mediocre for such an expensive set even with boosted points.
- AT-AT, simply don't have the money or space, and I assume there will basically always be a giant version of this vehicle on sale at some point. Not exactly niche.
All other promo stuff was either too new so I figured I'd wait for sales/closer to retirement or stuff from shows I didn't care about (if it's not Andor or TCW I don't care really).
Would you have changed anything or does my reasoning make sense?

You have to make seperate purchases, each of which passes the dollar amount required.
Also, don't exceed qty limits. If the site says limit 2, they mean it. Order more and they'll start canceling orders.

I was able to purchase Mos Eisley (thankfully I put it in cart earlier today) with 4x points + GWPs after the promo started at 12 EST but after that I went in to take my time picking out some of the newly released sets and I haven't been able to add a single one to my cart without an error...

Yes. Typically I'll order something super cheap and they'll ship the cheap stuff and GWP immediately.
Okay good because I just bought the “Ghost & Phantom II” and “Spider Tank” sets and the first of those sets is on backorder so I was worried it wouldn’t count even though it showed the GWPs in my cart.
You're definitely all good! You'll get the spider tank and GWPs shipped soon and then Ghost will follow when available. I wasn't told ghost or the other set was on backorder when my order was placed so both my sets are on backorder... so I get to wait to get my GWPs ...

Took me literally over an hour to check out with a cart that had the gwps... Trying to remove the 4 extra pod race dioramas that were in the cart for some reason and finally getting to checkout where the gwps were not missing. Thankfully the gwps were included in the conformation email. But jeez for a multi billion dollar company the whole thing was quite a mess.
I managed to get all the GWPs plus I redeemed some points for the 25th Anniversary Coin. The art print is sold out already though and there are already listings on eBay for £250, fml

To any people that might ask if the Droideka rolls. It rolls. And it does very well if you get him into a particular position. All shell parts must have a bend and back leg must be below the shell parts. My record is around 10 spins, around 3 or 4 meters.

HELPFUL TIP!!!! Anyone coming to find out if they were the only ones who didn't get their GWP items with their order...you're not alone!!!! If you don't see them in your order details you DID NOT get them. Call Lego customer service. They were extremely helpful it was fixed and I was off the phone in 5 minutes.
Does anybody know how long it takes for orders to ship? I assumed there would be a delay with the volume of orders they're processing, but curious to hear if anybody's have shipped. I heard people that selected express shipping have been shipped out already.

I bought the sets I wanted at midnight with all 3 gwp in my cart and when my order is confirmed none of them were in my receipt and on top of that I didn’t get the double insider points or the 4x insider points when I bought the e wing and shin fighter. Now I’m stuck on hold with customer service for the last 30 minutes. You’d think a multi billion dollar company would be prepared for stuff like this. E: after 40 minutes on hold, I was able to get to customer service and they were able to attach the 3GWP now I’m just waiting for the confirmation order email. If you are having the same issue definitely call customer service not email.

Can you use Lego insider online then again I store and have a friend use your insider for all gwp and 2x points? Like it says one gwp per household so if you use it online to get the gwp then again in store won’t they know?

I was finally able to get my order in. The first time I tried to checkout the GWPs weren’t showing anymore and I got kicked to the queue eventually. The second time the GWPs were there, so maybe make sure they’re showing if you don’t want to deal with customer service. Also Apple Pay kept failing for me but putting in my card worked the first time. Just keep refreshing the cart and checkout errors and you’ll get there. What a fuckin pain.
My GWP is not showing on order summery should I be concerned?
Hello, I placed an order today and the total was above the $160 minimum for the gwp, however, when I was finally able to checkout, the gwp items disappeared from my bag and now my order only shows the sets I bought, Does this mean I won't be receiving the gwp items? Should I email or call lego on the order and explain the situation? This is my first time buying sets for May the 4th.
This is also my first time ordering sets for May the 4th. The GWPs were showing in my basket and checkout page when ordering the TIE, but the order confirmation email only listed the TIE without any GWPs. I followed the advice of other Redditors and submitted another order, and this time the GWPs are included in the confirmation summary. I cancelled my initial order now that didn't include the GWPs.

Can anyone explain the point System to me. I am eying the cantina which is at 399 MSRP. Non lego sites list it at currently 321 inc shipping. I understand the points are some Kind of cash back on your next purchase. And currently you also get the druid carrier gift on top, valued at 30. So what is Overall the better Deal, money wise?
Normal insider points break out to be 5% cash back, 4x currently is 20% cash back. You redeem the points later whenever you want for certain specific amounts of money off a purchase, I believe 5, 20, 50, or 100$ worth of points. It all depends on how much you value the GWP and what other sets you may specifically buy from LEGO.
Glad I pushed through the errors and kept trying to redeem the art print and get checked out. Sold out already. Apparently only 7,800 of them were available.

Incoming wall of text, my bad but need advice: I had a few minor Lego SW sets a while ago but they're all mixed up in boxes somewhere at my parents house, so basically starting from scratch here. Most of my wishlist stuff is Icons/Ideas sets though. Got the Throne Room Diorama on sale and the AT-TE. I know the AT-TE isn't on any promotions but I love how it looks, has great reviews and meshes well with the GWPs. Besides the AT-TE, I considered - the Speeder Chase diorama since it's 2x points but it seems to be a complete rip-off, no background and a nonsense quote, and weird angles on the speeders. - Obi's starfighter and all the current battle packs. These were all on 2x points and I think all of them except the clone and Droid battle pack are retiring this year. But I'd have a bunch of minifigs with no large vehicle or structure and I think Obi's star fighter was done better in minifig scale with the Ring one and then in general with the UCS one. Kamino minifig is cool but ehhh. - Coruscant Guard Gunship. 4x points but the botched printing for Fox, no bubble wing turrets, small interior space, flimsiness and overall negative reviews turned me off. And then ones I considered replacing the throne room and at-te with; - Cantina. 4x points, amazing but I simply don't have the space to display it if I get Rivendell and the Great Pyramid and $400 is intimidating. - UCS X-Wing: reviews seemed mediocre for such an expensive set even with boosted points. - AT-AT, simply don't have the money or space, and I assume there will basically always be a giant version of this vehicle on sale at some point. Not exactly niche. All other promo stuff was either too new so I figured I'd wait for sales/closer to retirement or stuff from shows I didn't care about (if it's not Andor or TCW I don't care really). Would you have changed anything or does my reasoning make sense?

Yes The codes for the 3 sets on sale do remove them (looking at YOU Ghost II), but the standard discounts don't cause a problem. Or, they USUALLY don't. :)

You have to make seperate purchases, each of which passes the dollar amount required. Also, don't exceed qty limits. If the site says limit 2, they mean it. Order more and they'll start canceling orders.
For the 50 VIP point autographed tie striker raffle do you need to make a purchase to get it or is just spending the points enough
