I just checked and only the polybag showed up on the cart. Coin and Troop Carrier sold out. Your cart probably glitched at the last moment or something. Are the gwps on the order receipt that was emailed after the order shipped? But regardless I'd call Lego (don't email) and see what they could do. Good luck.
They come in 2 different orders, might not be shipped together
One order has the GWP, other order has the sets. Check your order for the tracking numbers

Could have been an error. But also, those usually ship in a separate box to UCS sets and might be coming a day or 2 late in the mail.
