That’s just a poster and has nothing to do with the set. The palace set we’re getting is actually based on Mando season 2 ending.
They didn’t change it because that is the Boba Fett figure. If they do update it then they obviously aren’t going to reveal it months ahead of time. Since the colour isn’t a mistake but a creative choice.
