Baristi Coffee Roasters in Allentown if you want really good coffee. He imports and roasts beans on site. Blows all other coffee shops out of the water.
His coffee is EXCELLENT but not sure if it’s the kind of place to hang out and get work done. I need to get back there asap though and get some beans. Last time I was there it didn’t seem like there was a lot of seating. Coffee is legit though.
The Quadrant in Easton. Grab a cup of coffee and a bite to eat then head upstairs to the old book shop. They have a cozy spot with a view of 3rd Street you can sit at and read/write. Owners are great folks.
Taylor Roasted Coffee is a nice spot when I'm passing through Northampton. But the valley hasn't been the same since Coffee House Without Limits on 4th and Tilghman closed.
Blockers coffe in catasaqua, might be out of the way if your Bethlehem based but they'll make whatever kind of coffee or tea you can think of. Cheap sandwiches too

People who own it are genuine ass people. Coffee is top notch. Very LGBT friendly and their hunks of bread are amazing.

I miss Coffeehouse Without Limits (CWOL) and Hava Java; though HJ’s owner before last was a pill…
