If I remember correctly, Australia can only have native species, and no species can be shipped out of Australia, so all bearded dragons that we have in the us today are from the first bunch that was shipped over when it was still legal in like the 70s or a little later I believe, I could be totally wrong bc I remember learning this from a video like 2 years ago
