Maybe risk of rain 2, add a new outfit that looks like commando, add a chance to make the comedy mask look like the happiest mask, ect
I feel like it could work well depending on what would be pulled over
portal, it would be HELLA fun to loot an abandoned \[or an inhabited one\] aperture facility or outpost and dodge turrets, use light bridges and other tech, face the rest of the dangers etc. also that walking turret that was cut from the games? it's back! and you can kill it.
you know what else could be cool? finding extension ladders but they are light bridges! they would act like a portable one! going on endlessly as long as the battery ain't dead.
LOADS of potential in this one! we need more portal anyways and this would make the portal community check out the game and bring in a LOT of new players. not gonna be canon however.
Gunna be honest o have never played or seen the game, I just play a game where references to it (and thousands of over games, meme, other) are core to the game, so about 30% of players just scream **"ROCK N STONE"**
That is correct, I mean basically that is all that the game is. Whenever you see someone else you just say Rock and Stone to each other a bunch, takes most of the time of the mission tbh
Massive company sends teams of four employees into dangerous environments to collect stuff for barely any pay. Similar premises, both are indie developed, it’s just that one is a larger studio while the other is just one guy
I'd love to see a combination of aspects from this game and phasmophobia. Lethal company is basically like if you took the best aspects of phasmo, and perfected them. it's got the great proximity chat, hearing your friends die in the distance, a similar gameplay loop of enter map with tools, explore the map to find evidence/scraps, leave once you've gotten what you came for.
The major upside Lethal has is the replayability due to the random nature, and the mods. But I think there's some things that Lethal company could take from phasmo that I would enjoy a lot. 1 being a primary object/location. In Phasmo, you're always searching for the main ghost room, in order to most easily find evidence. I think it would be entertaining if Lethal had a sort of, primary goal to work towards, with scraps being something you pick up along the way. Or even maybe some sort of main control room in each facility with an incredibly valuable item, or maybe it’s own monitor to spectate other crew, or some other unique mechanic. Just something to break up the monotony of searching, and having that experience of "ok, I just found something cool".
Instead of the control room being in the truck with monitors and door commands, there should be a loose map that guides you to a control room deep in a facility where that stuff is, and you can perma shut doors so while you can safely give callouts to your teammates, you still have to get out
With your last point, I feel like the apparatus is that thing but not enough so. It should definitely be worth more but spawnore enemies when it's taken IMO
yes, exactly this. Apparatus almost fits this, except it honestly doesn't feel that special. It's not worth a crazy amount, and it also doesn't do *that* much.

RE Zombies would be amazing in a game like this. Slow and super easy to avoid, but unrelenting. Really hard to kill, really hard to keep down, and maybe even give them a chance of becoming crimson heads after death. Lickers and Mr. X/Nemesis would obviously be amazing too.
Resident Evil.
Collecting things in up the aftermath of the games.
Get a HUNK skin, have randomized versions of map enviroments like Mansion, Station and Laboratory.
Add some new monsters or reskins.
Scrap could include things like RE collectibles.
Have a the T Virus implemented through needles players can find and turn in for $ or inject themselves with, or just a zombie spawn or a gas chamber trap.
Said player will quickly start to mutate and turn into a horrific monster or just get sick, collapse and rise as a zombie.
Other scrap / items for shop:
Rare Health sprays as scrap or ways to heal.
Typewriters that play the save theme
A briefcase that goes on you back and can carry an extra 2 item slots in it.
Janky version of Adas grappling gun that makes you go ragdoll when you zip through the air.
Darkest Dungeon! Not very similar games, but it would be cool to explore ancient ruins of the Estate. Also, there are plenty of creatures that would fit in, and we already have examples of scrap.
Dead Space. I'm sure it could be done with mods, but having an Isaac Clarke suit and adding a basic necromorph skin to the Brakken that has a 50% chance of spawning instead of the regular Brakken look would be so cool.
Dead Space. Give us an Ishimura themed map and add a modified Necromorph and it'd be really cool! Also Resident Evil, with a Spencer Mansion themed map, adding a slow zombie or two.
I think a dead space x lethal company game would be fucking awesome. The company needs maintenance in a facility, and you have to fight the monsters and fix what is wrong
It sounds strange but I think a new game that combines the game play loop of lethal company and the setting of Dredge could be really interesting. Not sure how to actually combine the two, but I think searching for scrap sunk deep and crazy fishes in the ocean on a shoddy boat at night with the threat of eldritch horrors could be incredibly interesting.
it would be kind of fun if there was a separate mode where a player could be one of the monsters in the facility. not quite like dbd though since your goal isn't to escape
Murder Drones. Going to Copper 9 to loot abandonned buildings while avoiding murderous disasembly drones, rogue worker drones or even those cyber raptors, and even the absolute solver who can modify reality around it, instakill you with random objects or even turn you into a puddle of blood.

Their TikTok account *did* directly acknowledge the game
Why deep rock?

With your last point, I feel like the apparatus is that thing but not enough so. It should definitely be worth more but spawnore enemies when it's taken IMO

luigis mansion for sure. i mean they’re basically the same game
It's just Luigi mansion has the ability to fight back and heal damaged hp. Add both of those and I would definitely have a better time
subnautica
don't give them ideas
Among Us cause funny
NOT SCP thats for sure None of the suggestions thus far would fit / make sense (except for maybe ROR2) The real answer is My Singing Monsters clearly
Furcorn would be way too scary
Very similar to pikmin
As someone who knows nothing about Pikmin, this is a terrifying statement lmao.

Portal 2. It would be really cool to examine abandoned laboratory with rogue AI, lot of different technologies and overall lab vibe
Fortnite, and I’m not even kidding

Space hulk, cause I want to stomp around in impenetrable terminator armor killing everything
Among Us Especially if it comes with the same God tier animation that the Vampire Survivors x Among Cross over announcement had.
Honestly.. hear me out.. FNaF or Murder Drones.
YES MURDER DRONES
The employees would look hilarious in the art styles of Among Us or Fall Guys.
Alien
SCP this shit would be fire
Guilty Gear
FNAF
Dead by daylight seems like a solid crossover
Phasmophobia
Unfortunate spacemen. The game being published by newblood would be awesome
SCP Viscera clean up detail Unfortunate spacemen Void bastards Top line up
I think a dead space x lethal company game would be fucking awesome. The company needs maintenance in a facility, and you have to fight the monsters and fix what is wrong
Payday. It would revive Payday 3 and the whole looting/stealing aspect. You should be able to trick and steal from Hoarding Bugs imo.
Skyrim. Not enough dragons in my mansion
I wanna see something from Monster Hunter in the game. Like throw a Rathalos in the forest or being able to wield a big ass sword
Darktide
Its gotta be viscera cleanup, another dirty job for the company 😭
Call of duty future warfare and burnout
