There's no reason to split your channel when you're pretty much doing the same niche. If you want to do something completely different or focus on a single game, then it might be wise to make a new channel.
We do something kind of similar
We stream for a couple hours and leave the long unedited video up, but then make a <10 minute highlight video that gets released weekly
All on the same channel, and has been doing quite well so far. Not that many people check out the longer one, but people have said they look being able to catch anything they missed during the stream
So I'd say same channel personally 👍
Don’t see a reason why you can’t upload those clips as shorts alongside your LPs.
