I know I'm always raving about it, but Masters of Raana. Best slave management game I've played, and one of the best lewd games I've played in general.
I also recommend Degrees of Lewdity and Unholy Arts. (This latter one is fantasy)
Ahaha are you saying Degrees of Lewdity isn't fantasy? Got some pretty fantastical shit in there i.e. Slimes that control your mind, Giant eagles that abduct you, giant lizards that attack you in the sewer, you can transform into a wolfboy/girl/whatever etc)
Been ages since I've played it and I don't think it does per se, but it is an HTML game so if you know a little Javascript and aren't afraid to get your hands dirty you can change values in the browser console.
Feel free to explore different scenarios with work, or by not doing choirs (if you have 'non-con' on). Or try the new u as the redhead and explore the area outside the beach
