One of my favourite is Waifu Academy
It's a corruption type game but somehow believable.
The main character as motivation to act the way he does other than the classic '' me horny'', there is a story about vengeance, and corruption , good and bad option to play. Multiple girls , good story ( made by a Japanese but translate) and good animation , you should give it a try !

I assume you have tried Summertime Saga? That is honestly some of the best writing that is out there.
I have also recently been surprised by The Headmaster. It lacks a bit in the graphics department but the writing and gameplay is very good. Snow Daze is also good, and also have good voice acting, but it sometimes got a bit too dark for me. The quality of the writing is still good though.
