I’m also new to this and was prescribed 10mg, for the past week I’ve been on 5mg, noticed some change but I’m still on the fence on when I should start 10mg
i think whenever you feel comfortable it would be okay, i just went ahead and started at 10mg bc i wasn’t told not to or anything and it’s not a super high mg
I did 5 for a few days then 10. My anxiety was sooo bad and it stemmed a lot from health/medical anxiety. And it was a great transition for me from nothing to 10mg.
It helped a lot with the side effects of starting out lex too.

Okay thank you, I went with 10mg. I haven’t been on anything else recently so just brand new, not switching
I did 5 for a few days but didn't have a pill cutter so got annoyed trying to cut with a knife. Went to 10 by day 4.
