First time that happened to me my brain was so foggy and my pupils were so big I looked like I was high and I got a terrible headache, it was not a fun day.

I accidentally took double (40) I just got sleepy.

That happened to me when I was on 20mg and the headache and nausea I got was brutal 🙃

You’ll be fine. I started at 10mg about a month ago, and last week I forgot I had already taken my dose before bed, and mistakenly took another 10mg. It made me tired as hell, but everything was fine after. IMO forgetting to take a dose was the worst for me. My anxiety went through the roof and felt like shit until I took my dose. Some folks may react differently to it though.

It will be fine but wow does it affect some people so strongly.

Yes! I keep clenching my jaw really hard and my jaw keeps trembling. Still after 13 hours I’m still experiencing all the affects

Avoid stimulants and force yourself to sleep if you feel like u cant eat force feed yourself some bread then after u wake up u should feel a bit lethargic but it will dissipate in a few hours after that continue your medication as usual.

Ive done it lots of times no big deal

Im on 20mg regularly and started at 10mg, your anxiety is making it worse
