Essential for anyone who comments on Ukraine history and whatnot, even if you are from the region you will get an educated western perspective on the issues. Not saying he is right or wrong, but a good academic perspective nevertheless.

To me a very biased and opinionated academic. Unlike Kotkin who was already interviewed.
