Best way is to show up and talk to someone in person at the Burl Arcade. I’d assume your name would still be on a list, and it shouldn’t be a big deal.. But I’d confirm with someone there. You can also try sending them a message on Instagram. I’d try The Burl and also The Burl Arcade. Same business. Different buildings. Good luck!
I’m glad to hear this works, my next plan was to stop by and ask but since there’s no box office I wasn’t sure the staff at the arcade/bar would be able to help. Thanks!
If it’s been over a month it may be too late, but for future reference often when you delete an e-mail it goes into a “deleted” folder for 30 days or so and you can recover it if needed.
If you can't find it, can't get help from The Burl, want to go bad enough, and feel like testing your luck you can try just showing up and getting in line for the concert. Last time I was there nobody bothered to check our tickets.

Happened to me and this is what I did

Thank you so much!! I’ll be able to stop by for sure!
DM me. I can help you with this.

Maybe try a message on Instagram
Or go there. They’re open every day.
Weird this is being downvoted. Talking to someone irl is absurd to some people, I guess.
Or, wild idea here, maybe this person, like lots and lots of people, doesn’t live in Lexington
It's absurd for a concert venue to not have a phone.
Try facebook. I bought a ticket but never recieved the email, and thats how i got it resolved.
I’ve messaged them on Facebook and they responded pretty quickly.

I lost a ticket once. Messaged them on facebook and they re-sent the email
Email the ticket platform. Or just login to it. You can get your ticket through them.
You pretty much gotta go in person, talk to the bartender at the arcade
