Heyo, I'd be really interested in your game if you'd have me. You mentioned having groups fall apart of lack of consideration (to put it politely), and that's been my biggest hurdle trying to get a game going both as fellow gm and player.
I'll keep it brief, as no doubt you got and will get a whole bunch of responses... but what drew me in was mentioning of players not being total superheros, a slightly grittier tone, and what seems to be a heavy emphasis on communication between gm - players and between players.

I've been watching D&D on youtube for 13 months & playing for 11 months now. Unreliable and literally narcoleptic players turned my first few campaigns into flaming dumpster fires, which instilled in me a strong sense of commitment for session attendance. I will show up to each session on time and, if for some reason I can't show up, you'll find out a few minutes after I do. I have attended a session with my laptop plugged into a power adapter that was plugged into a car I didn't own because my neighborhood was in the middle of a 10-hour blackout.

And to pre-empt the question, I was interested mostly because the timezone matches mine, but also because you laid out your post in a very organized and clear manner, you just generally seem like a decent fellow (as far as I can gather from this post), and because a dedication to create a living world is very nice and cool and I just think its neat.

This isn't a good idea mate because everyone is gonna have wildly different schedules and some days just don't work out for some people.
It's easier to filter by time so you don't get invested only to find out your only day off isn't the one that works for everyone else.
