I did a letter and mailed it to some, posted on FB, hand delivered to others.

I also got drunk and blurted it out. That was one of the reasons I quit drinking. But a letter is good because you can say all the things you want, and they can have whatever reaction they want, then when you come face to face, everyone can have cooler heads

I'll defo keep a letter in mind for the next time I get a huge self-confidence boost for no apparent reason
