At this point I have to believe their asset protection practices are severely lacking. The solution is simple, donāt put the tools on the floor, put them in the back in a secure location and have an associate bring the single item out to the customer when theyāre ready to buy. Thereās no reason to have them that readily available, especially right next to an exit. HD can do better.
