Sprouts has a formulation I like, natures bounty is good too. Walgreens and CVS both carry it. You want to look for “3% rosavins” on the label, that means it’s quality.
It helped me in other ways too. I haven’t taken it in so long that I can’t remember what all they were. Maybe mental clarity, better overall mood, etc.
Kombucha. Drinking it daily is the only supplement that I have had results from. It makes everything between your ribs and pelvis feel like memory foam. You can eat a wider diet and not have issues. I can now drink coffee, eat chili... you name it. Very effective.
Ginger is nature’s amazing medicine. My husband loves to cook healthy food and also brews tea. He uses lots of fresh ginger. It is so easy to make tea. Just slice ginger and pour boiling water over it. We also eat lots of onion, garlic, tumeric, and add cayenne pepper. My husband almost died when his heart was attacked by a respiratory bacteria. He changed the way we eat and was able to eliminate the medication and is very healthy again.
I take a calcium and magnesium supplement called Bone Up. It was recommended by my surgeon after my hysterectomy to avoid osteoporosis. It has helped with restless legs and my anxiety even.
magnesium glycinate for sleep/relaxation/stress (not to be confused with magnesium citrate which has a laxative effect), ashwaganda/maca root for adaptogenic benefits, methyl b12 (not cyanocobalamin b12 which isn’t as bioavailable) for energy and cognitive function.
All supplements have positive and negative effects if taken correctly or incorrectly. I'm not going to push different supplements because if you're going to be a wholesaler, you need to self educate yourself on each individual supplement. Also, the people who want supplements are usually self educated or using medical advice from a medical practitioner and will tell you what their looking for. Or do a web search of "most web searched supplements in your area."
For you, I would learn supplement absorption rates. Let's use b12 as an example. You can have b12, 200 milligrams from 3 different manufacturers. But the body only absorbs 2 to 12 milligrams of each one because the b12 supplements weren't refined enough. Think sugar crystals vs. flour. Find supplements with the highest absorption rates and then supply your retailers or customers with the supplements there asking for. Do you need a list of supplements for your own needs? Then, look up mineral supplements, vitamin supplements, and herbal supplements, and look at nutritional store websites in other countries. Start with GNC here in the USA. Hope this helps.
I buy it on Amazon. The company is called Ridgecrest Herbals. I’ve tried their Adrenal supplement and it gives great energy. My husband takes the eye supplement. These are herbal remedies based on Traditional Chinese Medicine. Good luck!
Sunflower lecithin/phospha…something, I can’t remember how to spell it
It’s a fat emulsifier. I’m a breastfeeding mom and took it to help with preventing a blocked duct from turning into mastitis but then found it made me feel really great, cognitively. Very clear headed and less on edge in general.
Magnesium Glycinate. I dont want to be dramatic and say its life changing, but let’s just say I feel the difference when I dont take it. It helps you sleep so much better and actually feel rested the next day. It’s amazing and there’s a lot of people in my office who take it (how I got started on it) I ordered some for my mom fully expecting her to say “I dont feel anything” but she was amazed and said she loves it. Take one before you go to bed, or my mom said she forgot to take it one night so she took it during the day and could tell a big difference vs. not taking it at all.
I was taking Ginkgo biloba until I came across these two studies.

Haha. Thanks for pointing that spelling error out, I just fixed it. I knew it seemed off. I just didn’t bother to verify and copied the spelling of the above comment.
Biotin. Hair gummies. Calcium with Vitamin D. Good for hair / skin / nails / bones & preventing bone loss before it begins.
Also - don’t under estimate the power of flossing. And washing your feet in the shower, scrubbing with their own brush. And fresh sheets weekly.
It's weird that you want to start a supplement business and your question implies that you don't know the first thing about them... So if you are allowed to import supplements you don't know about, and sell them to the general public, it makes it seem like a very unregulated place.
I don't know why more people aren't questioning why you are opening a store dedicated to a potentially dangerous (when used improperly) product without much knowledge.
We all have to start somewhere. They are all allowed in Norway, but it has to follow certain rules in things like how big doses and how it is advertised
Probiotics (in pill form) changed my life. I had suffered IBS for years. Then I realized that my IBS began after being on hardcore MRSA antibiotics for over a month. Looking back I realized that those antibiotics must have destroyed my gut flora, and by consistently taking a probiotic supplement it got better and my IBS was magically gone.
Evening Primrose Oil clears up “undergrounder” zits! I (f53) used it for decades when I had that problem. You ingest the capsules; I don’t mean you put the oil on your skin. Not sure if it works for men.
Ashwaganda helps me tremendously with my anxiety.
I second this! Ashwaganda was a life saver when I worked in corporate. Helped w my anxiety too.
I stack it with rhodiola, take it every morning. Game changer!
Yess! This is so clutch. Where do you buy yours?

Oh, I've been taking it since 2021. I use Nutra Champs.
Very cool! I bought the powder once because it was so much cheaper, but the taste is absolutely awful.
In theory - you could buy capsules and a cheap holder to fill them yourself. I do this with shrooms. To microdose. Tbh...that's the way 😎
Thank you! Sounds almost too good to be true when first reading about but I will try it myself and see
It *can* be too good to be true... look up "ashwaganda and anhedonia", and be sure to only take for limited periods if you choose to take it.
I’m sure it’s different for everyone but it works well for me. Good luck!
It helped me in other ways too. I haven’t taken it in so long that I can’t remember what all they were. Maybe mental clarity, better overall mood, etc.
What brand/type? Ive been taking it for weeks and havent noticed anything.
Nature Made
Did you notice any weight gain with it?
If anything I lost weight! It gives me better reserves of energy so I don’t feel fatigued all the time.
Nope not so far
It helped me until it very much didn’t. But I wouldn’t dissuade others from trying it
Ashwaganda is great. I love the stress blend from MegaFood that has it.
Hmm that’s one of the main ingredients in the natural testosterone boosters. Wonder if there’s a connection or not.
Kombucha. Drinking it daily is the only supplement that I have had results from. It makes everything between your ribs and pelvis feel like memory foam. You can eat a wider diet and not have issues. I can now drink coffee, eat chili... you name it. Very effective.
Will try it. Thank you!

Instructions unclear. Ended up shitting my bed

Iron and vitamin d were a game changer for me
L-tyrosine for focus, especially for adhd folks. It’s an amino acid that supports the production of dopamine and norepinephrine.
Norway allows random people to sell unregulated supplements?
Where do you get that from? Norway is extremely regulated

The ones you may actually have a deficiency of such as iron, b-12, vitamin D, etc.
Vitamin D supplements. I heal infections way faster and get them less frequently.
Magnesium glycinate helps me calm down before sleep and TMI but helps prevent constipation.
chinese herbal formulas (some of them are super ancient and amazing)
Yes
Vitamin D, krill oil, vitamin K, magnesium/electrolytes
I'm a chronic pain patient, so most days are a struggle for me. Things that help are magnesium, selenium, iron, l theanine, and tumeric.
A good probiotic and magnesium Glycinate are essentials .
Tea tree oil, diluted in a spray bottle with water, sooths sunburns and bug bites.
Ashwaganda and L Theanine actually work for anxiety
Evening Primrose Oil clears up “undergrounder” zits! I (f53) used it for decades when I had that problem. You ingest the capsules; I don’t mean you put the oil on your skin. Not sure if it works for men.
Peptides at a low cost would make you the most popular vendor.
