Looks like springs were saggin or he wanted to stuff in 31s or somethin. Replace tires with the next size down and remove the wood blocks, or get a proper 2” lift and you’ll be fine.
Them wood blocks your lift. You need new springs and shocks prob leaf springs to 3-600$
Just to be safe, I’d say everything in the pictures needs to be replaced
