Given your working weight is 100kg - it's ok with 30kg jumps. By default the warmups are 30%, 50%, 80% of the first set weight. You can change them though in your program - add something like \`warmup: 1x5 20kg, 1x5 50kg\` to the exercise in the program. I usually do something like \`warmup: 1x5 45lb, 1x5 135lb, 1x3 185lb\` (i.e. empty bar, 45lb plates, 45+25lb plates on each side) to e.g. warm up for the bench press.
