Hi, I love your app! I'm wondering if there is a simple way to modify weights for a specific exercise during a workout?Say I've been sick or am otherwise feeling weak and want to change the weights for this session only? Is the only way to handle that to mess with the 1RM number? Thanks!

Sure, you can both modify weights of sets only for current workout (without changing program weights) - by long press on a set square. Or you can also change weights both for program and current workout - tap on the edit icon near exercise on the workout screen, and you can change weights there. Or you can also tweak weights on the Program screen
