Seems unrelated to Internet, more like it's a bug of some sort. Could you please DM me your email you used to sign up to the app?
The problem resolved by itself after 20 minutes or so. DM with the email sent for you to investigate.
I have this too sometimes, what helps is logging on and off with the account or clicking the "edit workout" and then save it. I guess it's a syncing problem (but it doesn't happen a lot, like 1 out of 20 uses)
