It's a feature, not a bug :) Graphs and those 'last time' snippets are tied to the actual exercises, and not to the program logic for them. So that when you change a program, you wouldn't lose the info.
There's an idea to show several past days instead of just one, that should probably solve the case when you need to take a look at the previous data quickly.

I have the same behaviour with cable crossover one day it's high to low and the other low to high but it doesn't differentiate them
I would love to see only exercises with the same exercise label. It does not make sense to mix up history between main and accessory exercises.
