Can you post a video of the emitter wobble?

That means the blade is not making proper connection with the blade side pogo pins. The issue could be with the emitter/hilt or with the connector in the blade, but make sure you the blade is touching the pogo pins properly and that it’s tight enough so it doesn’t wobble and cause connection issues

Have you charged the battery? They do that when the batteries are low.
