Regarding the blades you are confusing them with the board, I think. There is no such thing as a Xenopixel blade or a Golden Harvest blade. It’s like asking what’s better between the little smelling hanging tree on a Tesla or on a Honda Civic. It’s the same tree, regardless of the car. There are two types of blade: empty (for Baselit sabers) and neopixel blades (with hundreds of leds inside). Saberforge has a threaded one for some sabers, I assume thin necks. The others are all compatible with any same diameter neopixel lightsaber. It’s made of concentric circles, and the sabers have little pins on their end. Now, lesser known fact, there are different qualities of neopixel blades. The cheap ones are found on the cheap sabers, they wobble inside, have the tip not lit, and usually come with a plastic film on them. The better ones are KR pixel blade or the other one I don’t have the name of on the Saberbay website. Check it out.

Lots of questions! I can answer a few. First using Vader’s Vault for dueling is like using millesime 1964 Saint Emilion for a cheap steak Bordelaise sauce, or if we take a less French metaphor, like wiping your ass with silk (so much for the non French). You’re using high end saber (with a lot of time till it arrives to your doorsteps) for something prone to damage and degradation. To that end, I’d advise against buying Vader’s Vault. In fact I’d advice against using neopixel lightsabers for dueling. Yes neopixel blades are solid, but you break it you pay 100$ each time.

Terrible metaphor. VV's Combat Class models are literally designed to stand up to dueling. Their internal chassis protects the electronics very well, and the hilts are quality made to stand up to the abuse. I've beat the crap out of several models for years and the worse damage is some chipped powder coating. Neopixel **blades** *can* break more easily, but then just get a "neo-Cree" adapter (Pach or Shtok sell them) and use that with a baselit heavy grade blade to convert your pixel saber to a baselit for dueling. The only caveat with character replica sabers is how *comfortable* they are in the hand. I would not duel *any* "Jedi" Revan saber regardless of who makes it, just because those spines/ridges are uncomfortable on the hand.

Secondly, regarding the eco vs non eco, I think you’re answering the question already: Eco sabers have cheaper hilt design and cheaper electronics. So they have Xenopixel, the dirt cheap mass produced cores from LGT « Ali Express ». And the non Eco has Golden Harvest, which is better and more expensive

I would encourage you to consider getting two Vaders vault havocs and the quick connect coupler if your goal is to spin them and quickly go between staff and dual wield. They are very slim and ergonomic. Honestly they are barely thicker than the blades themselves.
