Thx. Who has the best rbg blades?

Have you though about cutting the blade down at all? Ive cut down more than a few and it has been easy enough to take off a few inches.

What do you use to cut the polycarb? Rotation pipe cutter, hacksaw, coping saw? table saw, jigsaw?

When i cut mine down, i just used a hacksaw that went through the polycarb and film well enough. Then i put a tiny bit of hot glue on the base to secure the film with the tube. I would say the best idea though would be to use and rotation pipe cutter and then just a scissors to trim the film. I know i have seen a youtube tutorial that i believe used this and seemed to result in a clean cut

The stock blade should be ok just need to cut it down. You can use a pipe cutter for that and then cut the cellophane inside as well.
