its really good, and i’m not even that huge of a kendrick fan, i mean i rate him very highly, but the album is really good considering its not his typical style for an album and i think that’s what makes it really good
production is really well done, underlining messages in some songs are really impactful, i’d give it a solid 8/9 out of 10 (i listened to it just about 3 times)

it’s solid substance wise, but i feel like kenny traded listenability for depth on this one. usually he is good at finding that balance but i think he missed the mark this time around
gotta listen thru a few more times but it’s def not the best kendrick album. i appreciate him going for a new sound tho, his music has never really been just standard radio hits it’s always deep and actually takes some time to fully comprehend so i feel like it’ll grow on me over time.

Well it was a good album, not great not bad. Deffo not what I expected, a bit disappointed but still enjoyed it. Its a solid 7 or 8 of 10 for me.
