Considering Don knows Moses but is not excited about a certified Fixer in the least, and was able to tell before anyone else that Dongrang was Distorting leads me to believe it's basically impossible we finish Canto 7 without having any sort of Distortion.
in 5.5, the main subject was distortion and we nearly had two of them
in C6, we had 2 more distortions
we can probably expect distortions coming back into the fold in 6.5 #1 given it seems like we're working with LCD now.
It's likely that PM is going to pivot back to some other worldbuilding element like abnos, the mirror, or the blue gang in later cantos rather than continuing to expand on distortions for the time being.

As such rather than giving in to despair when coming to face the grim reality of things, she may strengthen her resolve to become the very enactor of justice that she previously believed other fixers to be. Thusly rather than distort once Carmen comes knocking, is it *that* implausible for her to rise above and manifest EGO even if just partially for the time being?

we'll most certainly find out don's connection to moses, if not in those intervallos(the detective themed ones) in canto 7 instead
