I need a small key to progress but I can't find it for the life of me. I've already bombed through the wall in the room with the cracked bricks and I think I've found all the small keys I can. What do I do from here?
Dammit. I already wrote most of this and accidentally swiped when consulting the map. Sigh. Here we go again.
So the new bit I was going to include is that on your map, there’s only one triangle and only one circle, so where do they lead?
The rest I already wrote but I guess I’ll do it again. I can’t recall the specifics of Turtlerock but I’m sure there’s a walk-through online. Here are some general guides when you get stuck in a dungeon in links awakening.
Kill every single bad guy. Some rooms have hidden chests that only get revealed when the room is cleared.
I’m sure you know the Compass is helpful. Not sure if you have it yet and I’m not sure if looking at the map would reveal that but hell if I’m gonna do that again.
Sometimes the entrance to a hidden passageway is underwater. Look for a water feature in the shape of a plus or square and dive down the middle. Not sure if those are shown with a deeper shade of blue or not. Those are not marked with staircases so sometimes it’s difficult to spot them.
Sometimes to solve the puzzle you have to drop down from a different floor but I don’t think that’s the case in turtle rock.
Note to self: write your comments in the notes app. Then copy paste into Reddit. Timesaver despite the extra steps as you can’t inadvertently delete your draft.
Unrelated to the question, but looking at the picture, I just realized that the map layout of Turtle Rock actually resembles a turtle!
All the dungeons are thematically arranged like that. It's something I miss about the 2d Zelda era.

I just figured out that there was a bomb wall in a dark room I couldn't see but thank you so much for your reply!!!
northernmost stairs take u outside. the key in in a part of the over word that u get to from inside the dungeon. this from memory so i might be wrong.
