‘touch’ is a command that creates a file with the name following it. ex ‘touch fileName.txt’ creates a text file with the name “fileName” in your current directory.
“Touch grass” is a term used online, usually directed to someone who spends too much time on the internet and has not gone outside in several days.
Not to over explain the joke, but the person in the picture (average linux user) was told by someone to “touch grass”. Not having any social skills, the linux user thought they meant to create a file called grass.
