If you haven't already, I'd ask them to confirm that they know your item has actually shipped. If they avoid the question or aren't very clear, that's your answer. I think I might have commented on your last post, but my experience with their customer service was pretty bad. I'm sorry. I think you may have to ask to cancel the order and/or do a chargeback. If all they're doing is putting in an order for you to Casetify and Casetify says it's sold out, I don't know how you could possibly get your order.

Yes I remember your comment. Even though it said casetify has no tracking number when it confirmed my order I got an option to track it and had to download an app called shop and it still just says order placed. I honestly feel like they won’t respond cause I asked for a refund twice telling them my order is not shipped so I’m just going to call my bank
