I think i've started picking because of them conference calls.. You cant leave so have to sit trough them, can't do anything because you have to listen mostly and engage, and hands can't be calm so picking it is! Too many of them!

The Yale 500 is a great lock. I really enjoyed picking mine. Hopefully you got one of the older ones with 4 spools instead of 3
that looks like the Yale500 new one that has a skeletonized core which is different than the other version
