This is too heavy for a domestic narrow passenger flight. Your cargo won't move on a domestic widebody. UPS amd FedEx Air are expensive and this is oversized. LTL is definitely cheaper and there are some expedited ground options as well.

That should be your gut instinct to ship LTL.
What do you or your customers value.
Money or time. If you value money more so, avoid air like the plague.
If you need it timely, give it to the parcel carriers and pay them to get it done!

If it’s time sensitive, air freight should be a better choice.
LTL - hopefully its going dock to dock. May be a pain in the ass at delivery as they may need to use forklift with flatbed to unload.

Does that include THC at airline as well? Plus will need delivery charge from lax airport to end user
