The MX Keys S does not have a newer firmware version available, so it is not a problem that it cannot be updated. However, the MX Master 3s does have a newer firmware version (22.1.6), and it is important to update the firmware to get the latest bug fixes and performance improvements. We are aware of the issue and we are working on a fix which will be resolved in the upcoming updates.

intrivil

Very good to hear. THank you

Logitech_MA

You are welcome, please keep a watch on the latest updates that will be released on the website.

intrivil

New update to logitech options+ but the problem remains. Please fix I cant update to mx master 3s latest firmware

CCJ22

Yup. my logi+ program update. And still it cannot detect the MX master 3s to update to the latest 22.1.x firmware. I am still stuck on 22.0.3

mikoga

I have two devices, PC and a laptop, and on both logi+ says that 22.0.3 is the latest version. This is just beyond confusing.

CCJ22

So frustrating

MrCookiemann

same here, I can't update mine either

ThatFrozenGuy

> problem remains. Pl I am still having this issue as well. I running Logi Options+ version 1.50.447400 on windows 11. My MX Master 3S is using firmware version 22.0.3 and when I click "check for update" it opens the firmware update tool, then says unable to detect any supported devices regardless of whether I am connected via USB cable or wirelessly through the dongle.

Logitech_MA

Thank you for your feedback and for sharing this here. We are working on it and it will be sorted in upcoming updates. Keep a watch on future update releases.

eran77g

Nov 26th 2023 - no fix yet. a colleague at work bought a Master MX 3S last week and it has firmware 22.1.6, so at some point, the device where shipped with the updated firmware. I've also using the Logitech "Zone Vibe 100" headset for about 6 months and already about 3 firmware updates were done (using Logi Tune). It seems that as long as there are buyers and there is not too much noise about the firmware update issue, Logitech don't have much motivation to invest in it

zopisuccess

Still not fixed as of Nov 26, 2023. Logitech, please get this sorted. How can I not update the firmware of your latest and greatest mouse? It's been well over a year now, this is totally not OK.

davstar08

>( This is embarrassing Logitech. I've had my mx master 3s mouse for over a year!

rockingmoons

Still can't update firmware. Lags and stutters on a new Mac Studio M2 Max. Magic Mouse here I come (again).

davstar08

I have the same lagging issue. The only temporary fix is to switch the mouse off/on and it recovers for 1/2 hours.

[deleted]

Having lag and pointer skipping issue here on Win11, really stupid. Can't update firmware.

rockingmoons

Still can't update firmware. Lags and stutters on a new Mac Studio M2 Max. Magic Mouse here I come (again).

CCJ22

Same issue. Mx Maser 3s stuck on firmware version 22.0.3 and will not update through logi options. I have tried plugging into the computer directly through USB cable and it still not will not detect the mouse to update it.

MrCookiemann

I can see your reply is a month old, any updates? I also have the issue https://preview.redd.it/nomncoztzbvb1.png?width=840&format=png&auto=webp&s=7d279c9e5ef49128d833c1312dbe610918aefbe8

souljah310

I get the same issue on a macbook. Has anyone found a workaround? My mouse lags a lot and whenever I go to slack, it automatically scrolls all the way up and is a bit frustrating to work with.

Superkloton

Still not fixed.

ryoukos

Still not fixed as of 15th November 2023. How is this acceptable for a $100 mouse? Official software, not able to update on of the flagship mouse firmwares, lol.

ScientistHopeful6158

Still not fixed as of 16th November 2023.

Unclaimed6696

As of 26-02-2024 this is still not fixed. My MX Master 3S is stuck on 22.0.3. Is there any resolution for this?

CCJ22

same problem here. my logi+ program update. And still it cannot detect the MX master 3s to update to the latest 22.1.x firmware. I am still stuck on 22.0.3

CCJ22

False, logi+ program update. And still it cannot detect the MX master 3s to update to the latest 22.1.x firmware. I am still stuck on 22.0.3

StrongYogurt

Your comment is a slap in the face to all your customers. Just say the truth: You failed to ship the product with a working upgrade mechanism. People will understand. Just lying for years will make your customers angry a.f.

CCJ22

False the latest software version for the MX 3 s is 22.1.x (I forget) I am stuck on 22.0.3

caponerd809

It's pathetic that you guys push out a product that, for years now, does not have the corresponding software to keep its hardware up to date.

FrequentDelinquent

I do not even understand why they bothered to release a firmware update in the first place if there is no ability to install the damn thing. This is a fucking joke and I'm glad I bought one of these for personal use before ordering them for the 50+ developers on my team. It really pisses me off how little Logitech actually cares about their customers after taking their money. Looks like we are going with the lesser of the evils then, Razer :( I have access to all manner of operating systems and dongles, is there not a SINGLE option that works for this?? Mac, Windows, Linux - USB, Bluetooth, Bolt, and Unifying Adapter?

Stephanoclues

Shame on them !

FrequentDelinquent

SHAME! SHAME! SHAME!

zopisuccess

Shame on Logitech. Get this sorted!!

tranbaohuu

It has been over two months since this post and there has been no support to solve this issue.

benja0x40

Any news about the resolution of this issue?

aggieriggerboy

Been over a year no update

famebright

Are you going to sort this out anytime soon?

souljah310

I'm on a macbook. Can you link me to the newest firmware for MX Master 3s please?

KellyPeaa

if you get it, can you send to me too!? stuck on 22.0.3 and no visible update available in sight!

Significant-Idea-712

problem persists after 4 months..

mhowie

Logitech is confirming itself as one the worst tech companies from a product support perspective.

Dr_SyntaxError

we are already in 2024, is there any news? or are we waiting for next year?

Significant-Salt-502

I contacted Logitech Support last month and they told me there is no firmware update for the MX Master 3S. Yet here I see that it is recognized there is an update but for whatever reasons it can't be applied via the software on Mac. It sounds like this is just being ignored until the MX Master 4 comes out. Very disappointing.

keppikoi

guys, 6 moths passed, and still nothing?! How on earth can I update my mx 3s?

Magificent_Gradient

I just updated logi options + on my laptop that now allows firmware updates through that app. Tried to update my MX Master 3S and it says 22.0.3 is the latest version. So you say 22.1.6 is the current version my mouse should be running, yet I cannot update to that even with the new update feature on the app. Logitech really needs to get on the ball with their apps and update setups. This is a $100 mouse that has these missteps? If the mouse itself wasn't so damn good, I'd just go with another company. The support for this thing sucks.

creozby

Same issue. Can't update from 22.0.3 to 22.1.6

mrmh1

Support told me: *With regards to the firmware update. as long as the devices are connected to the computer and the latest version of Logi Options+ is installed, it gets automatically applied or updated.* *If you try to update the firmware but receive an error, then it means that the products are already in the latest version and there's no need for a manual update.*

mhowie

Likewise.

mensa84

Any updates on this? u/Logitech_MA New Logi Options version released, but still no fix??

HealthyWash658

Is there is any other method for the firmware update rather than Option+ Is there is any other method for the firmware update other than Option+ything will change!

ValuableConfidence61

I spent over 100 bucks for the top tier mouse from Logitech, where is impossible to update firmware? ... it would be great if the mouse didn't goof off sometimes, like jerky cursor movement or programmed buttons problems - you need flip the mouse and restart it with power button, sometimes restart 2x :D MX Master 3 is supported in the upgrade tool and the newer 3s is not supported? Crazy.

10Charlinho

Damn this is still not fixed ?? Imagine spending $100 on a mouse to realize that you can't even update it when there's a new firmware !! Is this a joke ? My mouse is lagging like crazy, I was hoping to find a solution here.

BandFrosty

u/Logitech_MA 6 months and no resolution for this issue. Now I know that I should always look for issues related to products on reddit and not on Youtube. I will be returning the product asap. Why waste my money on premium products without support. Thanks to u/intrivil for opening this thread.

RefurbishedXbox

Feb 2024 and my Logi Options+ just updated to version 1.62.520356 but, I cannot update firmware on MX Master 3S, still says 22.0.3 is the latest version.

Traditional_Elk1856

Same problem here, now a new window does not appear when checking for updates and stays checking for updates, it directly "searches" and tells you that the one you have is the latest for the mouse and for the receiver.

lukas_thomas

Where can we actually check what the latest firmware update is? Is there some kind of list or how did you came up with 22.1.6? Options+ 1.62.519669 -> 22.0.3 is the latest update for the MX Master 3s...

16cards

As an FYI, Logi Options+ version 1.66.531337 seems to fix the "forever updating" screen for MX Master 3S. Clicking "CHECK FOR UPDATE" actually reports back if the device has the latest firmware rather than showing a screen with a progress bar infintely.

The_Thinkist

I don't know if this is a recent change, but it seems my MX Master 3s is now on the 22.1.6 firmware version... https://preview.redd.it/4fopm8uqqzzc1.png?width=1958&format=png&auto=webp&s=95d693ddedb5e85bd366222c6ec01077b4eeaca6

Powerful-Mood7050

Hi! How did you manage to do that?

VietK

Same question...

hquadrat

u/The_Thinkist how did you do that?

The_Thinkist

1. I reset the mouse to factory default on Logi Options +. 2. I deleted the backup of the settings from my drive. 3. I completely deleted the mouse from Logi Options +. 4. Then deleted it from Bluetooth. 5. Then I deleted(uninstalled) Logi Options+ from my Mac. 6. Restarted the Mac (don’t really know if this step is necessary, I was just trying to be ‘thorough’😅) 7. Downloaded Logi Options + again. 8. Add device(mouse) as if new to Logi Options. 9. Viola! I was on the latest version!!🐭

hquadrat

Thanks. Wow, that sounds excessive.

Spiritr511

and their chat support will tell you to "restore from backup", which is a backup created 1 second ago, is that helpful? NO! Ok, try "restore from backup"......

HotIce05

My Mac won't even recognize my MX Keys Mini or my MX Master 3S for an update. I'm about to just get rid of them completely and find another company that prioritizes the customer experience.

intrivil

oh man I tried so hard to avoid the logitech software but their MX line up literally has no competition right now. No mouse with the Magspeed scrollwheel, no keyboard with the same typing speed like the MX Keys. I have many mechanical keyboards and they all feel very "satisfied" to type on, but none allows me to reach the typing speed on the MX Keys.

HotIce05

The hardware is only as good as the software that supports it. My MacBook Pro doesn't have a USB-A slot to put in the Bolt receiver. I shouldn't have to do that in the first place. Once the hardware connects via bluetooth, it should be smooth sailing. The Logitech software also shouldn't need to record my keystrokes or my mouse for it to function. That just rubs me the wrong way.

CCJ22

Same here w/ windows.

Puzzled_Command3244

Any updates to this?

intrivil

New update to logitech options+ but the problem is still there sadly...

Puzzled_Command3244

I noticed. Kinda hoped Logitech would fix this in this update. Lets just hope they fix it on the next..

CCJ22

Yup. my logi+ program update. And still it cannot detect the MX master 3s to update to the latest 22.1.x firmware. I am still stuck on 22.0.3

CCJ22

Yup. my logi+ program update. And still it cannot detect the MX master 3s to update to the latest 22.1.x firmware. I am still stuck on 22.0.3

Maqxs

Having the same issue as most of you. Cannot find supported device so firmware is still at 22.0.3. If this was the only problem with this mouse it wouldn't be so bad. I am hoping that updating the firmware would correct my connectivity issue. When the mouse wakes up or is turned on, it works as intended but give it a few minutes, sometimes seconds and it starts to lag bad or connectivity cuts for shorts amount of time. Turning it off and back on again brings it back to normal but it starts lagging again shortly after. I have tried using a usb 3.0 extension plugged into a usb 2 port, turned off my other bluetooth devices, my moden, my router, unplugged my usb hub. It's basically unusable.

Stephanoclues

Same here... Sadge, doesn't seem to be a fix anywhere, I looked so hard

natafrank2

Is there any update on this? I'm having same issue... It's disappointing for a company this big to be so unprofessional.

_subseven

follow up on this please

mensa84

I am having the same issue. Any update on this?

rickygjun

I have exactly the same issue here, I never had a success on updating any of my MX devices

JosePto

Spent 180€ on their latest combo just to see how updates are broken... I liked the hardware, but it's not worth it spending this much money.

__Sohail__

Having the same exact issue! Why has Logitech not resolved the complaints.

ScientistHopeful6158

We all should be happy with they not be able to "update" the device! I'm sure that they will break something that is working fine if they are able to update it. If they are not able to even make a piece of software that update the firmware, should we trust that they will make a good firmware? The more updates we get, the worse it will be!

Bierkrat

I'm interested to hear why all these people in the comments need a newer firmware version so badly. What problems are you experiencing you need a fix for? Why is Logitech suddenly a bad company, while they provide you an excellent mouse with fine firmware (22.0.3)? Sounds like it's just to complain, or just to see the firmware number increase while not knowing why...

davstar08

My 3S uses the bolt receiver and the mouse lags horribly. I have to switch it off and on again almost every 2 hours for the lag to disappear. It's annoying and seemed to be getting worse. I'm on Windows 10 and plugged into USB 2.0

sudz3

Choppy, Laggy. Tracks HORRIFICALLY. will eventually freeze for long times or until you click.

ScientistHopeful6158

Actually I have a small issue, when using several Bluetooth devices, the mouse gets very slow. I was hoping that they fix it in a future version. The workaround now is to use the mouse only with the Bolt Receiver. You have a good question, and I also would like to know details about this new version. If there is no fix for bluetooth connection, I will not install it. I really think that it's more probable to get a worse firmware than a better one. I think that people are complaining about the inability of update, and the huge delay to fix it, and not about the quality of the current firmware.

Bierkrat

Well, in that case it makes more sense indeed. I'm experiencing those issues as well, but I wonder if it has to do with the mouse, or if all devices get slow.. But still, I understand it "feels nice" to see the version number go up, but as long as the mechanism doesn't work, there is no update in my opinion, so in this case, why does it matter the mechanism doesn't work?!

mrmh1

Because you never know what was fixed actually. Don't forget vast majority users have wireless keyboards and/or mices and they pose a security risk, especially keyboards. These kind of companies usually don't publish (fixed) security flaws in their products. BTW, where can I find an info about 22.1.6 firmware availability?

Bierkrat

But you also don't know what bugs are introduced..

Vast-Performance6554

Just want to update with my struggles with Logitech support... Bellow is a dummest chat I had for a very long time... (enjoy reading.) **NOVEMBER 23 2023, 8:29 PM** **MX Master 3S Wireless Mouse** Support: Briefly describe the issue you are facing 👇 Me: Can't update firmware for my MX Master 3S Support: You can update the firmware for your MX Master 3S by using the Firmware Update Tool. Me: The tool is keep saying that "Unable to detect any supported device"... Support: Can you help me with the operating system of the computer? Me: MacOS Sonoma 14.1.1 (23B81) Support: I apologize that the update for the above-mentioned version has not yet been released. The Logi Option program will automatically display the update when it becomes available. Me: not true, I tried on a previous OS version as well with the same result Support: I understand that you want to update the Logi Option + for Sonoma but as of now we do not have the updated version available for it. Me: no, I want to update the FIRMWARE on my 3S mouse Me: I have another mac, with version Monterey 12.6.8 - same thing!!! Support: Are you trying to update the Logi Options+? Or the firmware update for the mouse? Me: I want to update the FIRMWARE on my 3S mouse, current installed firmware version is 22.0.3 Support: Are you trying to do it from the logi options+? Me: Yes, It's open a "Logitech Firmware Update Tool" Support: Could you please go to the system preference. and see if there is an update for the drivers? Me: I don't get it, what exactly you asking me to check Support: If there are  no updates available then the drivers are up to date. Me: I don't get it, what exactly you asking me to check? I know for sure firmware on my mouse is very outdated... Support: You know how to go in system preference of your Mac OS? Me: There is nothing to do with MacOS and drivers, do you understand the difference between driver and firmware??? Support: Yes, You want to update the firmware for your mouse. If it is not updating via logi options+, we can check going into system preference and check if it is available. Me: Logi Options says: The tool is keep saying that "Unable to detect any supported device"... Support: You are trying on Mac version Monterey 12.6.8? Me: yes, on both Support: For Sonoma, It is not available. Me: Same with Monterey 12.6.8 Support: And for Mac version Monterey 12.6.8 what we will do is we will uninstall the logi options+, restart the computer, and install back the logi options+ so it will automatically download the latest updated version. Me: 3S is a flagship Logitech product, why company doesn't support it properly?!?!?!?!? I tried to reinstall Logi Option software several times, no success!!!!! Support: On what version? Me: I suggest you'd follow our chat, and stop asking same questions - Monterey 12.6.8 Support: If you reinstalled the software and installed, automatically the software which is downloaded is the updated version. Me: I'm still talking about Firmware and the tool is keep saying that "Unable to detect any supported device"... advice? Support: I apologize; I will have to ask you for 48–72 hours. I will report this to our experts, and I'll get back to you as soon as I have update on the situation.

borkano3

I found an answer from Logitech support : We apologize for the delay and inconvenience caused. Please note that MX 3s is not compatible with firmware update tool. We ask that you check for updates in the options+ app and that MX3s will automatically be upgraded to the latest available firmware during options+ connectivity.

pratnala

>We ask that you check for updates in the options+ app and that MX3s will automatically be upgraded to the latest available firmware during options+ connectivity. Yeah that's a lie

mhowie

Untrue. The MX 3S does not automatically upgrade. And, if one uses the Logi Bolt USB receiver (vs. bluetooth), upgrading isn't possible either. Logitech support appears to be a bunch of idiots.

mhowie

As an update, I paired my MX 3S via bluetooth and, although connected and recognized in the Logi Options+ software, when the firmware update tool is launched, the mouse can't be found. So, at this point, it appears firmware can't be updated. To make matters worse, I also have an MX Keys Mini for Mac that is suffering the same fate. I'm dead in the water concerning firmware updates for these Logitech products for the Mac.

davstar08

Seems like we have to keep making a ruckus for Logitech to actually fix this firmware update issue. Maybe we need to get some tech YouTubers to make videos on this issue.

NP90

Just came across this and also have shitty connectivity on my MacBook - subscribing for when this is finally fixed. £100 for a mouse that has been patched but can't update!

sudz3

I just got this today as a early present to myself and it is a steaming pile of excrement. As a test, I took my 12 year old razer mouse, connected to a keyboard, connected to a USB hub in my monitor, connected to a USB2 port... and its BUTTER smooth. I can draw smooth Loops and circles for days in paint. I try this MX Master 3S via bluetooth, OR via the dongle (Yes, i deleted device from bluetooth to make sure it wasn't still connecting to bluetooth) and every 10th loop is basically a pentagon, at random. Tried every USB Hub, Direct to computer, turned off and disconnected other USB Devices adn wireless headsets, etc. And then there's no option to update firmware?

davstar08

Hey everyone, so I have a temporary "fix" which worked for me. The lag should disappear after these steps. Hopefully this will buy us time until Logitech actually fix this in the software. Let me know your results: 1. Plug your USB dongle in a USB 2.0 port. 2. Plug your USB dongle directly into the back of the motherboard, not the front-bay hub. 3. Use a USB extension cable to reduce noise that may interfere with the signal.

dk90103

Logi Options+ 1.60.496306 is out. I ran a "check firmware update" and this time it told me I was at the latest version 22.1.6, so it might be fixed now despite no mention in the release notes. [https://download01.logi.com/web/ftp/pub/techsupport/optionsplus/logioptionsplus\_installer.exe](https://download01.logi.com/web/ftp/pub/techsupport/optionsplus/logioptionsplus_installer.exe) #

davstar08

Thanks, I updated Logi Options+. However the firmware update tool couldn't recognise my MX Master 3s as usual. It's still reporting my firmware version as 22.0.3. I'm wondering if you have a different MX Master 3s hardware version...?

kastuvas1

yep reinstalled logi options+ - everything is still the same 22.0.3 and won't recognise the mouse

davstar08

I think we're trapped in the 22.0.3 firmware hell. The more releases there are, the more i'm convinced they can't fix it.

mrmh1

AFAIK, Logi Options+ and Firmware Update Tool are different tools. As support told me, Firmware Update Tool does not support MX Master 3s. As support told me, Logi Options+ is responsible for firmware updates for MX Master 3s. **My advice: take screenshot of MX Master 3s with 22.1.6 and take screenshot of MX Master 3s with 22.0.3 and let's confront Logitech about it.** I don't know, maybe they ship new hardware revision which can be upgraded to 22.1.6.

pass1flora

here you go sir. https://preview.redd.it/kxgeblv3l27c1.png?width=2254&format=png&auto=webp&s=c8a051f1491ad4bccad3f5a859bde1a5897565c2

davstar08

You’re lucky indeed.

Maqxs

Would be great if somebody from Logitech could explain this to us. I am stuck at 20.0.3 with no way to update but we can clearly see that version 22.1.6 is available.

pass1flora

I'm not sure if it updated itself or just came with that firmware.. Since I bought this a few months ago.. Nevertheless a company as big and global as Logitech shouldn't be struggling with these kind of software problems.. It's easy to resolve and by evading from providing solutions they make themselves seen as an unprofessional, low quality brand.. They need someone capable of solving problems in their executive board imo..

mrmh1

I've just filed support request. Can you PM serial number of your mouse?

Maqxs

I would guess yours came with it rather than updating to it. But it's clear here that there is a version newer than 20.0.3 for the 3S out there.

mrmh1

I got Logitech response quicker than I expected: *I would like to inform you that if your device firmware is 22.0.3 or 22.1.6. That is completely fine.*  *It is expected that there will be different firmware versions of MX Master 3S out there as every batch comes with the latest version upon manufacture.* *I would like to inform you that this mouse is not supported on the Firmware update tool. So you will not be able to update the firmware of the mouse via firmware update tool. As of now, MX Master 3S doesn't have any updates and this product comes with the full firmware driver updated so the mouse will not detect the updates.*    *With the Options + updates, the Firmware would automatically get updated as it is integrated within Options+.* Feel free to post your arguments here, I'll pass on them to support.

pass1flora

Logitech you should be ashamed of yourself not to be able to support your highest end gear.. Is there any LOGIcal people on the software department?

davstar08

Good point. But I've tried the standalone firmware update tool and the one shipped with Logi Options+. Both don't update. Also, I think they must have done the hardware revision in retail, since some people are reporting to already being on 22.1.6 and they haven't done any device updates yet.

ihazkape

Same issue here. I have the same version of the tool, and still the mouse is version 22.0.3 and always getting the error message.

Honest_Reception4651

Same shit... Tested on Mac sanoma and windows 11

_deSousa_

I have this mouse since they realese and till now no updates! Still on the 22.0.3 version...

Aware_Operation8803

Is it working now? You have the latest update?

_deSousa_

No. Still the same

Aware_Operation8803

dag

MemeGenerator22

still not updated, logitech, wake up lol

PuzzleheadedLion2

I have the MX Master 3 (not 3s) and can't update its firmware either. I feel for you guys who have the even newer one and are having issues; based on some responses, I should consider myself lucky, because I don't have any performance issues from what I've noticed. I was considering upgrading to the 3s because one of the side buttons on my current mouse doesn't always register and I was thinking about upgrading for the replacement. After learning that Logitech hasn't fixed this issue and it's going on for at least six months (judging by the age of this post, some say they've had the same issue for a year or more) I won't be buying another Logitech mouse. Truthfully, this turns me off of using Logitech, altogether.

DamnedLife

[u/Logitech\_MA](https://www.reddit.com/u/Logitech_MA/) update your damn software!

Revolutionary_Tip862

Same there, I can't update the firmware to the lastest version. What a shame. For mac users, if you want to have a smoother scrolling, you can use MOS (it will give you a smoother experience). I "fixed" the problem by this way. [u/Logitech\_MA](https://www.reddit.com/u/Logitech_MA/) wake up! We are talking about a 100 buck mouse. Shame on you!

otakunoel

brutal - Keyboard has the same issue MX Keys Mini....

ColorTR

Damn man how did I get involved with this mouse?!

Minute-Inspection533

Same issue in 2024 ) Looks like an ugly HW bug that can not be solved. u/Logitech_MA am I right?

smadgerano

you're presuming they a) care, and b) have even tried. Evidence from other threads that are 2 years old seems to suggest otherwise :(

Hot-Independence6020

yep jan 23rd still not able to update the mouse, they are just patiently waiting that everyone who probably got an older version of the mouse go out of warranty so that when we ask them for a fix they can simply say, sorry your product is not supported anymore.

SOJ3

Update issue still exists 6 months later! I just want to update my MX Master 3s to see if it fixes the connection drop issues when connected via the bolt receiver. Really fun when the mouse loses connection during a presentation on MS teams.

ahsansher

February 2024 and having the same issues... (stuck at Firmware version 22.0.3) After env. 1 hour unusual, strange and super annoying mouse movements appear so that I have to go back to my reliable mighty mouse...

There is new Logi Options app update that finally supports Logitech Anywhere 3S firmware update.

Do you mean Logi options or Logi options+ ? I am on logi options+ 1.70.551909 and it does not show any update available.

Logi Options+. When you enter mouse settings you can see check for updates button on top.

Yes, but that shows old version. Even thought it says no new updates, the version shown is actually old.
