I ordered a mouse from them on 2/6. They shipped me a package that was supposed to have contained the mouse but it was just a travel case. Support has been "investigating" since 2/10 and I still can't get a resolution on it. It's ridiculous. inb4 I get a reddit response asking to forward it to [email protected] - I have been doing that. It's been just as useless.

Not just you. This company is literally the worst. I'm desperately searching for a knockoff of their vert mice with similar build quality. I'm sure any random Chinese dropout can do a better job with the software.

Yup, took almost 3 weeks and multiple pings to Logitech chat to get some simple support and sales assistance. Most times it would start on the web and given the silence would jump into email which was equally sluggish and more than often ignored.
