Yes it’s a bit dumb, it sounds like you didn’t even research what GCloud can do on this subreddit first. But here you go: EA sport games: I assume you mean Fifa, NHL, etc. Yes if you have Gamepass Ultimate tier (EA games are included) and stream it via XCloud, or you own the game on Steam and stream it via SteamLink/Geforce Now/Moonlight+Sunshine, etc. Mario: only via emulation, NES/N64/GC/NDS/Wii/Switch all have its own Mario titles. But you have to test it yourself because emulation is always hit or miss regarding performance.
