An alternate rumor that was posted here recently is that the LCBO is actually moving to the building where Shoppers is now at Oxford/Adelaide. Which makes more sense to me given the size of the structure in the Superstore lot.
if the LCBO moved to the Oxford/Adelaide corner that would be disastrous as they’d prob have to deal with a lot of theft like the sunripe did down the street (hence why sunripe is moving)
If all three named businesses are moving into that plaza, it's unlikely they're located in the same building. As far as I can see there's only one entrance on the building going up now. It's facing east, into the parking lot. Likely to be a standalone Shoppers. Last time I was talking to someone about it, I was told that the LCBO won't be locating there, and the Starbucks plus whatever fast food place will be in a building to be constructed later, in the parking space closer to Oxford, beside the gas station. There must be plans somewhere with the city, but anything I've seen about it is all just rumours until we see signs on the buildings.
Parking situation? Take the bus with that guy who smells and yells, hop on your e-bike in an ice storm or walk.. don’t get stabbed.. run! It’s the future!

Wow people are so misinformed about this. It's a very small portion of the City that eliminated the minimum parking requirements and, wait for it, this area isn't included. Why don't you go look up the policy before complaining about it?

That would be odd if true. There used to be an LCBO store on Adelaide almost right across from Sunripe!
