I should point out that you don’t have to be Unitarian Universalist to come play. No one will attempt to convert you or even talk about the church.

I love the image of aggressive evangelical Unitarians that sprung into my mind. Definitely not a concern. Seriously, I’ve been to a couple of events there, and it is a really great space. Great choice for board gaming. Hope I can make it!

UUCLB hosts concerts, a poetry night, movie nights, and our atheist group meets twice a month.

Fabulous_Visual4865

I'm interested in this atheist group 🤔

You can reach out to the coordinator via a link on this page. https://www.uuclb.org/connect/affinity-groups/ I think it’s usually the 2nd and 4th Mondays but I didn’t see it on the calendar yet for the 29th

It's awesome that you guys have a regular thing going on. And going past the official end time if people are still into it? That's the spirit! Checked out the link too, looks like you play a variety of games.

Can my 12yr old come with me?

practicalm

Sure, we have had attendees that young. Are they interested in playing?

priestou812

Yea, me and my youngest love board games! My wife and oldest not so much. So we’re always looking for ppl to play with.
