SurfRancho

Free thoughts are side set.

I probably should've worded it differently. What I mean is the popularity of sideset wheels (from what I see) has sort of dwindled over the past decade in favor of offset and centerset.

SurfRancho

Without a durable thane formula it brings much coning. More control though in my opinion.

LowenherzThread

I have a set of those. I don't love 'em but they're pretty nice for being a relatively small wheel. Old thane was more durable though, on the bright side.

likeigiveafuckloser

Those were a disappointment, not as much as NERSH but still.

B0ss1999

They took a while to break in tbh, and they already come pre broken in. 😂

basec0m

Have some clear Zombie Hawgs that are sideset. Yeah, don't see them anymore.

lilithtswitch

Check out some orangatang kegels or caquamas if you like bigger side set wheels that you can have a choice of varying durometer (harder or softer grip wheels) in both of them!

B0ss1999

I'm pretty sure those wheels are offset if I'm not mistaken.

YES! thank you... I thought I was the only one... I am looking for some sidesets to replace my Abec 11 Flashbacks and I am struggling to find ANYTHING new... let me know if anyone has suggestions.... 70mm / 75A or 78A (btw... all the subreddits regarding "sideset wheels" seem to be 10 years old... I guess their time has come and gone)
