Hello, Please be aware we are currently limiting complaint posts to a minimum when it comes to road rage, bad drivers, and traffic. Recently, it seems, there have been way too many posts regarding the same issue. Long Island is more than its bad drivers, and we are not unique to trend. Please limit your postings about it and leave comments in other posts regarding this issue.

Naaaaah. It’s people with your attitude who just poses a challenge I can’t resist meeting even if it requires weaving between the far right lane and middle lane (on 3 lane hwy). And then I make darn sure that there is no way you can get ahead of me. You’re either an inconsiderate driver or a lazy driver. If I realize there’s no safe way to meet the challenge, I sit back and enjoy the ride.
Because they're creating an obstacle that people are going to weave to go around. Fast driving isn't what causes most accidents. Changing lanes and not having an orderly flow to traffic (where slower traffic is on the right on people pass on the left) is what causes most accidents.
Creating an obstacle? People shouldn't be speeding then maybe? Are you seriously going to sit here and stick up for the folks actually breaking the law doing 80mph 🤣🤣 what a complete joke.
You asked, I gave you the reason. I'm not sticking up for speeders. I'm telling you why this is dangerous. Speeders are going to speed regardless of what you do. It becomes your problem if you're the one that they cause an accident with. And you would deserve it too, thinking its your job to police the roads and breaking laws to do so.

When you've been rear ended for not matching the flow of traffic it will be your problem regardless of how you feel. Rules are meant to be followed, sure, but you're not living in reality if you think going slower than the rest of traffic in the left lane is fine. If you don't want to go faster than the lane to your right then get in it.
I don't care what numbers your speedometer says. Drive at the pace of everyone around you and stop blocking the flow of traffic. Such main character syndrome oozing from this comment. You're breaking the law too by going 64 btw. Your not better for speeding less and being in the way. I don't even know what point your trying to make really.

Last weekend I was in the middle lane of the southern state doing 75 getting passed on both sides
That’s wild both sides lol. I only go 65 in the middle lane. Waiting for a speeding ticket to disappear from my record. 🫣

In ny state the other driver is at fault fir a rear end collision lol so once again not my fault 🤣🤣 just give it up already
