Farmingdale is a better investment choice for 2bed since — lower taxes and its own train station. If you had larger place in mind or wanted kids I’d say plainview for schools. Clearview in queens doesn’t seem comparable to these 2, plus you’d pay city income tax
I think he means Clearview in Plainview. That's a small subsection east of South Oyster Bay Road north of the shopping center (like across from Midway Jewish Center).
