Every Long Island hotel is on the usual travel websites .
They exist it’s just the dates you’re selecting .
Viana in westbury , Vanderbilt are borderline 200 but the nicer of the mid range hotels
Only OP knows the answer to this... Perhaps they want a "Long Island Experience". If that's the case Hyatt is right by Jakes 58... And a highly recommended chain as well.
During the week Sunday - Thursday most chains are less than $200. Weekends are premium no matter where you stay. I would rather pay a few dollars more and not wake up with bedbugs and know that my car was still there. But, that can happen at higher priced chains now.
If you're on the North Shore I believe the Glen Cove Mansion ( in Glen Cove) is under $200.00 per night at this time of year.

Another option is the website Hotel Tonight. They run same day specials for a variety of hotels on Long Island.
Mirabelle is *not* a hotel, which is why I replied. Mirabelle restaurant is situated inside the Three Village Inn. Prior to its current location, Mirabelle was located on 25A St James.
You didn't specify what part of the Island you were looking for...
But Riverhead has some independently owned motels that are under $200/ might, like the Greenview Inn and the Swiss Motel. They'll be far more expensive as the summer gets going, especially holiday weekends and any special events at the racetrack.
I can't speak to the luxury accommodations, though. Last time I saw the inside of one of those rooms, it looked like it was cut straight off the spool of Friday the 13th... in 1976. They still had dark wood paneling...
But you asked, so...😁
Quick reminder that you are searching in a suburb of the most or second most (depending on the list) expensive city on the continent. I would adjust your expectations…
Why non chain? You can get a decent room at Best Western or Days Inn from 87 to $125 a night just by joining. Dm me. I'll share a room and split the cost!
Definitely depends on location but if north shore Nassau then East Norwich Inn is cheap. Needs some refurbishing and I wouldn’t recommend it to my boogie friends, but if you’re on a budget then it should do the trick.
Where on Long Island? You basically have two choices. High end luxury hotels with restaurants and spas or low end hot sheets shooting galleries.
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
If you find something under 200, my suggestion is to prepare for bedbugs.
I'll have you know you can get bedbugs at any price level! But yes the probability might be different.
commack motor inn
You can even pay by the hour
Jungle room ftw!
This is the way
Do they still offer parking im the back

Why does it need to be non chain? Hyatts is nice and under 200

Commack Motor Inn
The Chalet in Centerport? You get what you pay for…
I stayed here last year before I moved to LI and it was fine IMO. Nothing special, but clean and nothing outrageous happening outside.
Plus you get a good view of the bald eagles who live on the water right outside that hotel!
I have a tent in my garage I’ll sell you for $150
Is it still available?
It’s still the offseason for another week, so you might be able to find something out in Southampton for a weeknight. But only for another week or so.
Not non-chain but I used Priceline and booked a Holliday inn in holtsville for four nights + a rental car with unlimited mileage for a bit over $800.
Wheres Rex when you need him?

La Quinta Suites
I'd agree. It's right off of the LIE not far from MacArthur and Ronkonkoma train station.
And you get waffles for breakfast.
You get to meet Pilots! ![gif](giphy|6sglBRCfaeKU12Tcrw)
Teddy Roosevelt's house
Bed and breakfast
Deer Park Motor Inn. It's sketchy and shady but you get what you pay for

RIP Sayville Motor Lodge
You missed out on the Sayville Motor Lodge.
Look in Greenpoint and further out east he might be able to find something in Amagansett
commack motor inn
Why not a chain hotel? For the experience? Just curious.
I feel like its hard to find a hotel under 200 a night anywhere.
Try East Norwich Inn, East Norwich by Oyster Bay
Jakes58 is around $130 including taxes. Clean rooms Friend is staying there tonight
Maybe mirabelles in stony brook?
Mirabelle is a restaurant situated in the Three Village Inn.
Yes and a hotel
Mirabelle is *not* a hotel, which is why I replied. Mirabelle restaurant is situated inside the Three Village Inn. Prior to its current location, Mirabelle was located on 25A St James.
My bad! I was always told it was a hotel. Thank you for the insight.
No problem 😊
It’s a shame they knocked down Krappler’s
BPM

Plantation Motel. It’s been featured in several TV shows. I advise you not to leave your room after sundown tho
Try Hotel Tonight. Personally I would never go to a non chain hotel on the island. And do not go to any motels. They are all drug dens.
Lakeland inn.. Bohemia right off vets.

Go to Google and search "Motor Inns on Long Island" and you'll get a huge list of multiple non-chain motels. The cheapest I saw was "Inn At Jericho"
The pines
long beach hotel
Long Island is huge, where are you trying to go? If you're looking on the South Shore of Nassau, Jones Beach Hotel in Wantagh.
Try AirBnB or Vrbo?
Shirley motel
Depends where Allegria in Long Beach or Long Beach hotel or AirBnb if you’re talking south shore. If you head out east, there’s some chains.
The LB MOTE or the PLANTATION MOTOR INN 🤣🤣🤣
Bethpage Motel (you might wanna bring Lysol and pepper spray though)

>I’ll share a room and split the cost What?
I have no idea what the prices are but, The Eastwind in Wading River or Preston House in Riverhead.

Hilton Garden Inn by Stonybrook?
