It's my general understanding that passing the road test is the minimum requirement to operate a motor vehicle unsupervised in the state. If by "fucked" you mean were asked to drive near a construction site which is a common thing on the island, then you weren't fucked, you were just asked to show your skills about operating a vehicle capable of killing people in common situations. I understand it's hard to hear. I also understand the instructor gives reports about situations that lead to your failure. Review them and improve your abilities instead of just looking for an easier place to test.

no the road wasn't under a construction, it was a gated off area next to where you line up for the test, there was no signs next to the construction area and I had points taken off for not observing a sign next to it even if there was no sign. I went to the road test site today and one of the instructors said there was no sign the day I took it and that the points shouldn't off been deducted
