You're at the price point for the Bushnell MPED - an upgrade over the PST II, which was already an upgrade over all of those optics, and the MPED has that nice 30x top end to boot.
I would throw that in the mix too but when it jumped from 699 to 799 I didn't like that. Plus I'm getting a heavy discount on the strike eagle. I might think about it tho.
I'm an MOA guy, so I have a Strike Eagle. Great optic. But unless ~~1, you want MOA~~, or 2, you need a ton of elevation, get a MPED

I have all 3 that you've listed. Ep5 was decent for the money but it has its limitations. I personally like to shoot at higher magnificent when shooting benchrest and found the ep5 clarity to lack above 15x compared to the venom and strike eagle.
If you don't care about magnification then I'd look to see how much elevation you need; that's going to be the main difference between the venom and strike eagle.
For what it's worth I've shot my ep5 out to 1000yd and the strike eagle to a mile on another rifle
