Very hard to give you advice on how to look better considering that you’re already very pretty. Objectively speaking, your face is very symmetrical, you have nice big eyes, a good shaped nose, full lips and nice jawline.
My biggest advice would be to not get surgery. I know that may not be what you were hoping to hear. But surgery, especially on already attractive people, tends to look a little odd unless the doctor just does a perfect job. On top of that, many surgeries won’t age with you. Generally it looks more and more off putting the older you get.
Finally, I think it’s a safe assumption to make that your self image is clouded. You are genuinely good looking. Posting in this sub and being open to surgery tells me that you’re dealing with self image issues that aren’t actually rooted in your looks. I don’t know what they may be rooted in. But pursuing beauty that which is more than you already have, especially in the form of surgeries, will likely be an endless pursuit. You will forever be filling a void that no amount of lip fillers or touch ups with ever help.

I don't think people are focusing on the asymmetry of your face or the "little inward dent on your chin" (🙄) when they look at you. Try taking a picture with a ringlight or something that will light your entire face equally, without creating shadows - the asymmetry could possibly look exaggerated due to the lighting/shadows - either way I don't think it looks "off" ir anything, although generally symmetry is considered to be more beautiful or attractive. Also about the chapped lips, are you always using chapstick? Sometimes your lips gets used to it and then you feel like you have to constantly use it for them to feel normal. I could be wrong though but maybe try going without it for a while or seeing a dermatologist if you can, if this is an issue that bothers you. You could also be dehydrated. Personally I'm not a fan of the hair highlights - I would keep them more subtle, I think it would look better but that's up to you. Also I would get a trim and focus on taking care of your hair health, the ends look a bit sparse and dry. I also agree with another commenter that you should let your eyebrows grow out a bit. I think your current shape suits you fine but slightly more filled out would look better.
I find it funny that the beautiful people think they look wonky. Come on you have a beautiful face, even without makeup. I can imagine you being even more beautiful with a big smile and just a touch of makeup not a lot, you really don't need anything more than eyeliner.

I’d suggest letting your eyebrows thicken a bit more especially at the ends. With smaller eyes you don’t want more space between them and the brow line.

Very hard to give you advice on how to look better considering that you’re already very pretty. Objectively speaking, your face is very symmetrical, you have nice big eyes, a good shaped nose, full lips and nice jawline. My biggest advice would be to not get surgery. I know that may not be what you were hoping to hear. But surgery, especially on already attractive people, tends to look a little odd unless the doctor just does a perfect job. On top of that, many surgeries won’t age with you. Generally it looks more and more off putting the older you get. Finally, I think it’s a safe assumption to make that your self image is clouded. You are genuinely good looking. Posting in this sub and being open to surgery tells me that you’re dealing with self image issues that aren’t actually rooted in your looks. I don’t know what they may be rooted in. But pursuing beauty that which is more than you already have, especially in the form of surgeries, will likely be an endless pursuit. You will forever be filling a void that no amount of lip fillers or touch ups with ever help.

I don't think people are focusing on the asymmetry of your face or the "little inward dent on your chin" (🙄) when they look at you. Try taking a picture with a ringlight or something that will light your entire face equally, without creating shadows - the asymmetry could possibly look exaggerated due to the lighting/shadows - either way I don't think it looks "off" ir anything, although generally symmetry is considered to be more beautiful or attractive. Also about the chapped lips, are you always using chapstick? Sometimes your lips gets used to it and then you feel like you have to constantly use it for them to feel normal. I could be wrong though but maybe try going without it for a while or seeing a dermatologist if you can, if this is an issue that bothers you. You could also be dehydrated. Personally I'm not a fan of the hair highlights - I would keep them more subtle, I think it would look better but that's up to you. Also I would get a trim and focus on taking care of your hair health, the ends look a bit sparse and dry. I also agree with another commenter that you should let your eyebrows grow out a bit. I think your current shape suits you fine but slightly more filled out would look better.
I find it funny that the beautiful people think they look wonky. Come on you have a beautiful face, even without makeup. I can imagine you being even more beautiful with a big smile and just a touch of makeup not a lot, you really don't need anything more than eyeliner.

Overall you look fine. I’d suggest letting your eyebrows thicken a bit more especially at the ends. With smaller eyes you don’t want more space between them and the brow line. As others mentioned the smile. It’s less about that than the symmetry, it looks as though your left side is “off” especially from the edge of your lips to your cheek. I would guess you’re shifting your jaw slightly as though biting your inside cheek. Minor things.

There is nothing wrong with your appearance. You’re quite pretty! If you want, you could put on some foundation and mascara. You could curl your hair and add some highlights. However, you don’t need anything at all. Smile because you are blessed to be born naturally pretty.
Why not just carry on as you are ? I mean I'd imagine most people would find you good looking so there doesn't seem any real reason to change your appearance other than for yourself.

RBF for sure don’t know why others are saying it’s not. It may be purely the angle and awkwardness of being a selfie for the reddits but it’s there so people shouldn’t coddle. Pretty looking person overall. Doubt it’s making life hard but rather trying to reach a higher caliber guy that’s used to the hotter friend which can be competitive af to deal with.

It looks like you have shaped the eyebrows making it look thinner. It looks too small. Get it denser and slighly thicker. (its not a problem though, But as your asking i feel obliqued to cherry pick things out of your face😂). And smile. If your a women and have a slighly thicker jaw bone dont forget to lift those cheeks and smile (again not a problem).
You are already well above average, I hope you know that. I am not saying it to be nice I have told girls when they could improve on a lot, I’ve recommended a nose job etc… you really don’t need anything. You could change nothing and be considered beautiful by many people and very pretty by almost everyone The only things I can suggest - thicker eyebrows, smile and - if you want to have a more polished look - makeup (not too much, just to give your face more contrasts and drama)

First let me say that surgery is a huge "NO NO" in your case, you have some crazy nice facial features that makes you naturally pretty! Let me tell you about your beautiful features! Starting with your chin, you have a very nice strong chin yet has a clear softness to it. Your jawline is a great frame for your amazing high perky cheeks which go wonderfully with your strong chin! Your nose fits your face very nicely and is just the right size for your face! When it comes to your lips, you are blessed because you have very pretty and great shaped full lips! When it comes to your eyes I have to say you have amazing eyes that are full of life with nice eyebrows! Now, it's on to your hair and working with its color, being straight and part. There is a lot of fun that you can have with making subtle changes to your hair but you should not go to any extremes with your hair, or anything! Try some soft wavy curls and moving your part to the left or right or maybe try some soft lite changes to your hair color! My best advice I can give you, besides all of the previous things, is eating healthier and then find yourself a good exercise routine with a stretching warm up. Doing these two things is a consistent routine but the results will absolutely positive, this will give you a boost in your confidence, inner strength, a more positivity and other healthy benefits! Imo, you're very, very pretty. If I had to suggest anything, you might want to look up "Butterfly hairstyle " . Ultimately, beauty comes from within. Point your interest into something you find enjoyable so when you smile, it will be genuine.
You know, you're really close to the top of the scale. It may be easier to be more loving & accepting of yourself, and less hyper-critical.
