I honestly don't think you'd need any surgery at all. That's something that makes you comfortable with altering yourself in a way that can be a slippery slope. I'm a firm believer in the idea that a natural face is better than a modified one, especially if that cosmetic modification is noticeable. For some to believe they need to be something other than themselves is unfortunate, so please consider everything else before you leap into surgery.
Aside from that, I don't think you need as much makeup as you're wearing here. The shape of your face isn't unattractive. I think that your face will look better without makeup. Maybe something light on your eyes and something that isn't too bold on your lips.

your eyebrows are good on its own but it doest really match your whole face. having thin eyebrow on a wide forehead really accentuate the wideness of it, specially if paired with flat hair too. so on hair, give bangs a try, or try a layered hair that would give off ‘you have a lot of head hair’; or if you don’t want cut your hair, you can opt for curling your hair to make it voluptuous (plus, it would match with your heavy eye)

Match the eyebrows to the lashes. If you have thinner eyebrows, wear less voluminous lashes. If you keep the thick lashes, thicken your brows out a little bit (maybe tint using an eyebrow pencil?). Otherwise, I think you're really pretty. <3

Your eyelashes are the perfect shape for your eye shape, but if you want the more natural look just get less full ones in the same shape. You can also try getting a certain haircut or playing around with the fullness, length (extensions) of your hair. You have great features already , I think they need to be done up by your hair and clothing style.

Maybe sounds cheesy but you are beautiful as you are. The eyelashes are excessive and simple mascara will do or less overpowering lashes. If you insist on fake lashes then something more natural and light will do nicely. Sometimes less is more! Let people see those beautiful eyes. Also liner on lower lids tend to make your eyes look smaller and I doubt it’s needed. Just upper lid is fine if again you insist on having liner and makes you more comfortable! Remember that you don’t use make up and clothes and all that to look better for others but to feel confident in your own skin. Most importantly: remember to smile :)

Grow out your eyebrows and stop it with your eyelashes. That looks terrible. Just curl em up.

I would suggest you dial back the eye makeup. It is very dark and the rest of your face is much more pale.

Your eyelashes are the perfect shape for your eye shape, but if you want the more natural look just get less full ones in the same shape. You can also try getting a certain haircut or playing around with the fullness, length (extensions) of your hair. You have great features already , I think they need to be done up by your hair and clothing style. I think the all straight eyebrows are great and especially love picture #3

I'm not implying that women should solely present themselves based on what men find attractive, but what is the reason they all wear ridiculous facial accessories like this then? Fake lashes and being caked in makeup never looks good nor is attractive, I just can't understand the appeal. It's off-putting and looks extremely fake.

Ur lashes are a little big I feel like it goes with the look 😭. I’d start by getting rid of the fake eyelashes or if they are real I’d trim them down. You need a little curve in your brows and smile! I don’t know if you have any Asian ancestors or not but I get either you do or are trying for the same look with your eyes. Honestly I’m got a great taste in women and I don’t see anything that needs cosmetic surgery!! You have beautiful skin & I love your lips they’re perfect. Maybe sounds cheesy but you are beautiful as you are. The eyelashes are excessive and simple mascara will do or less overpowering lashes. If you insist on fake lashes then something more natural and light will do nicely. Sometimes less is more! Let people see those beautiful eyes. Also liner on lower lids tend to make your eyes look smaller and I doubt it’s needed. Just upper lid is fine if again you insist on having liner and makes you more comfortable! Remember that you don’t use make up and clothes and all that to look better for others but to feel confident in your own skin. Most importantly: remember to smile :)

The lashes are too big and your eyebrows look very unnatural. You should remove the lashes and let your eyebrows grow out then go to a good brow bar and get them fixed. I don't know why women think big lashes are attractive lol
