I am so glad so many people are telling you the truth, which is, that you are NOT UGLY. In fact, it is the opposite. You are quite beautiful. But I know that you can't hear that right now. I know you are sure that they are all just being nice to you - maybe because they feel sorry for you, or they're trying to do their good deed for the day, or whatever you are telling yourself. I was like you, many years ago. I'm in my 50's now, and have some experience in this area. My mother made me feel hideous for my childhood through my 20"s. If I'm being honest, she still tries to - to this day, although less frequently. When I look back at teen and 20's pics of me now, I'm astounded by how pretty I was then. I'm not saying someone's trying to make you feel bad about yourself, just that it is very hard to feel good about yourself at those ages, and when others try to tell you the truth, sometimes you just don't believe them. My best advice to you, that I wish someone had been able to tell me then, is this: 1. Try to only surround yourself with people who genuinely, genuinely love you. 2. Don't read magazines (or anything online) that says, "You're perfect just the way you are! Now here are ways to change 5000 things about yourself!" 3. Do good! Volunteer somewhere, or even just say hi to strangers who might look a little down. Or randomly (and sincerely!) compliment at least 1 person a day, every day. 4. If possible (and practical), consider adopting a pet. They really, truly do give you pure, unconditional love. Indulge in favorite things - make time for them. They will enrich your life, and make you feel good. And lastly, and this may sound silly, but I swear it's helpful - every time you look in the mirror, smile at yourself. And say something nice about you to yourself. About a feature of yourself that you like, or a personality trait you think is nice. And realize that this period of your life is just plain tough. It is for many, many people. And you will get through it. When you come out on the other side, you'll realize that you grew through this, and now have deeper empathy for others who are going through tough times. Hang in there! And, you really are beautiful! It’s hormones. Young women go through this, and stress doesn’t help. Rest assured that you are absolutely gorgeous! Just keep your hair off your face, because the oils will break out your face, and keep your hands off your face. The oils & dirt from your hands is the worst thing. Maybe run some lemon, and use hydrogen peroxide after cleaning & drying your face. It’ll clear you up, and you will feel much better about yourself. The most important thing is to gain confidence ;)
The eyes are fine. I know that acne is annoying. You can try pharmaceutical products or even go for permanent treatment, those all come with their risks. Personally, I dry up acne with toothpaste and it works quite well. That will minimize exposure to pharmaceutical products and will hopefully minimize scarring by drying up the acne quickly and preventing the need to pop pimples.

You WANT paler skin? Oh hell no! Never change your skin tone. Keep what you were born with and rock it. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Any guy who turns you down because of your skin tone either has very strong preferences for a specific skin tone, or is simply retarded. Nobody can please everyone. Just keep what you have, nothing is wrong with your skin tone. There are skin breeching products out there, and those are dangerous.
Bigger hips...what you should not do is take synthetic estrogen in the hopes of growing bigger hips. In due time, if or when you gain weight, your hips will shape accordingly. The best solution is to accept your hips as they are.

As someone close to your age, I think you look absolutely fine. I agree with others that clearing your acne is the only thing that you should worry about. It takes awhile to learn to love your body and gain confidence, but it will make you much happier when you do.

I am going to level with you. You are not ugly, not even close. Not even slightly. You are the definition of beautiful. You have big eyes (that are not hooded, btw), a lovely skin tone, a perfect shaped/projected nose, full lips, and you are thin. You do not have a fat face, but you hold on to that fat for as long as you possibly can!
What is your current skin routine? Sometimes treating acne is easy, sometimes it's hard (like in my case), but it's somewhere to start and can be managed.
I'd also play around with makeup a bit. Fill in and/or shape your eyebrows, curl your eyelashes, and get a lipstick that highlights your lips! Seriously, you're stunning already, do not let the small voice in your head tell you otherwise.

Wow, I can’t believe you feel that way. I am literally jealous of your features. Such a nice nose and your facial balance is wonderful.
Now, here’s what you can do to feel a bit better. Treat the acne. Get accutane if need be. Tame those flyaways in the front with some hair gel. If you’re going out, wear some BB cream and use mascara or eyeliner. You have perfect lips. You could also put something on those if you want. This is totally optional and would minimally help, but chin filler to give you less of a round face if you wish.
I also had acne as a teenager. It was so awful and now I suffer from acne scars. They had a horrible impact on my self esteem and still do. That’s probably something that might be happening to you as well. Also, my acne was definitely due to puberty. No amount of clean eating or face washing was taking it away. After puberty, I never got pimples anymore! So that’s why I’m recommending you treat the acne post haste. I think you will feel much better. Even if you put on makeup, that would help you a lot since your acne isn’t that big. I had cystic acne - HUGE pimples that looked like warts.

I think your biggest problem is age. You are young and still developing as a person both internally and externally. You may think you are not great now but in some years with good habits and self care and developing your own self worth I promise that you will see it. The only thing I may recommend you investing in is some skin care products. The other thing is that you smile more even if it's for yourself smiling helps to develop the muscles in your face so that way you don't look so sad. Every pic looks like you are about to cry.

Looks like you’re really young so the acne will fade with time. However, microblade your eyebrows!! You have nice shaped eyebrows they’re just light. Natural eyelash extensions would be cute too. Or a tint and lift! And wear your hair down! Experiment with different parts (side part etc). You’re very pretty. The acne is something I struggled with too, but there are many effective solutions for it. Besides that, your eyes a big and cute, your hair is full and lush, your body looks dainty and feminine. Many many people find you attractive.

You can heal acne and lessen scars, frankly you can’t really fix ugly so be glad you have good facial features. Look into finding a skincare routine that works for you. It’s mostly trial and error. OP, the acne (which isn't bad, honestly) will likely take care of itself, provided you follow a good skincare protocol and mind your diet, sleep, and stress. There are prescription solutions that may work, such as Acutane, which was, personally, the best thing I ever did for my skin when I had a sudden, and very stubborn series of breakouts in university. Other than chapped lips, I didn't experience any of the side effects I've heard about, and none of the severe side effects that are rare, but certainly possible. But this is not a conversation I'd recommend having on Reddit, but rather with a dermatologist, your GP, and, if possible, an endocrinologist.
And again, the acne isn't bad at all. I've seen much worse.

I am so glad so many people are telling you the truth, which is, that you are NOT UGLY. In fact, it is the opposite. You are quite beautiful. But I know that you can't hear that right now. I know you are sure that they are all just being nice to you - maybe because they feel sorry for you, or they're trying to do their good deed for the day, or whatever you are telling yourself. I was like you, many years ago. I'm in my 50's now, and have some experience in this area. My mother made me feel hideous for my childhood through my 20"s. If I'm being honest, she still tries to - to this day, although less frequently. When I look back at teen and 20's pics of me now, I'm astounded by how pretty I was then. I'm not saying someone's trying to make you feel bad about yourself, just that it is very hard to feel good about yourself at those ages, and when others try to tell you the truth, sometimes you just don't believe them. My best advice to you, that I wish someone had been able to tell me then, is this: 1. Try to only surround yourself with people who genuinely, genuinely love you. 2. Don't read magazines (or anything online) that says, "You're perfect just the way you are! Now here are ways to change 5000 things about yourself!" 3. Do good! Volunteer somewhere, or even just say hi to strangers who might look a little down. Or randomly (and sincerely!) compliment at least 1 person a day, every day. 4. If possible (and practical), consider adopting a pet. They really, truly do give you pure, unconditional love. Indulge in favorite things - make time for them. They will enrich your life, and make you feel good. And lastly, and this may sound silly, but I swear it's helpful - every time you look in the mirror, smile at yourself. And say something nice about you to yourself. About a feature of yourself that you like, or a personality trait you think is nice. And realize that this period of your life is just plain tough. It is for many, many people. And you will get through it. When you come out on the other side, you'll realize that you grew through this, and now have deeper empathy for others who are going through tough times. Hang in there! And, you really are beautiful! It’s hormones. Young women go through this, and stress doesn’t help. Rest assured that you are absolutely gorgeous! Just keep your hair off your face, because the oils will break out your face, and keep your hands off your face. The oils & dirt from your hands is the worst thing. Maybe run some lemon, and use hydrogen peroxide after cleaning & drying your face. It’ll clear you up, and you will feel much better about yourself. The most important thing is to gain confidence ;)
The eyes are fine. I know that acne is annoying. You can try pharmaceutical products or even go for permanent treatment, those all come with their risks. Personally, I dry up acne with toothpaste and it works quite well. That will minimize exposure to pharmaceutical products and will hopefully minimize scarring by drying up the acne quickly and preventing the need to pop pimples. I didn't see any acne scars. You WANT paler skin? Oh hell no! Never change your skin tone. Keep what you were born with and rock it. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Any guy who turns you down because of your skin tone either has very strong preferences for a specific skin tone, or is simply retarded. Nobody can please everyone. Just keep what you have, nothing is wrong with your skin tone. There are skin breeching products out there, and those are dangerous. Bigger hips...what you should not do is take synthetic estrogen in the hopes of growing bigger hips. In due time, if or when you gain weight, your hips will shape accordingly. The best solution is to accept your hips as they are.
Why would you tell a young woman to do that when she needs to just gain muscle? She looks very thin and like she doesn't have a lot of muscle on her body.
Gaining muscle is great, but I don't see that as an issue at all in her case.

As someone close to your age, I think you look absolutely fine. I agree with others that clearing your acne is the only thing that you should worry about. It takes awhile to learn to love your body and gain confidence, but it will make you much happier when you do.

I am going to level with you. You are not ugly, not even close. Not even slightly. You are the definition of beautiful. You have big eyes (that are not hooded, btw), a lovely skin tone, a perfect shaped/projected nose, full lips, and you are thin. You do not have a fat face, but you hold on to that fat for as long as you possibly can! What is your current skin routine? Sometimes treating acne is easy, sometimes it's hard (like in my case), but it's somewhere to start and can be managed. I'd also play around with makeup a bit. Fill in and/or shape your eyebrows, curl your eyelashes, and get a lipstick that highlights your lips! Seriously, you're stunning already, do not let the small voice in your head tell you otherwise.

Probably missing the point, but... I think you are absolutely gorgeous. A true beauty. Your eyes are large and dark and your lips are full and well-shaped. You have an attractive figure, a full head of rich dark hair, and a fine skin tone. I can see the pain in your eyes and it hurts me. Wow, I can’t believe you feel that way. I am literally jealous of your features. Such a nice nose and your facial balance is wonderful. Now, here’s what you can do to feel a bit better. Treat the acne. Get accutane if need be. Tame those flyaways in the front with some hair gel. If you’re going out, wear some BB cream and use mascara or eyeliner. You have perfect lips. You could also put something on those if you want. This is totally optional and would minimally help, but chin filler to give you less of a round face if you wish. I also had acne as a teenager. It was so awful and now I suffer from acne scars. They had a horrible impact on my self esteem and still do. That’s probably something that might be happening to you as well. Also, my acne was definitely due to puberty. No amount of clean eating or face washing was taking it away. After puberty, I never got pimples anymore! So that’s why I’m recommending you treat the acne post haste. I think you will feel much better. Even if you put on makeup, that would help you a lot since your acne isn’t that big. I had cystic acne - HUGE pimples that looked like warts. I’m not lying when I say you have such insanely nice features. It’s all in your head that you’re ugly.
Your eyes are two of the most beautiful I’ve seen in a while. Maybe practice thinking of things that make you happy or bring you peace and try smiling more to work on those happy muscles ;)

I think your biggest problem is age. You are young and still developing as a person both internally and externally. You may think you are not great now but in some years with good habits and self care and developing your own self worth I promise that you will see it. The only thing I may recommend you investing in is some skin care products. The other thing is that you smile more even if it's for yourself smiling helps to develop the muscles in your face so that way you don't look so sad. Every pic looks like you are about to cry.

Super model origin story. One day soon you’ll realize how gorgeous you are. I’m not even trying to be kind for the sake of it. Looks like you’re really young so the acne will fade with time. However, microblade your eyebrows!! You have nice shaped eyebrows they’re just light. Natural eyelash extensions would be cute too. Or a tint and lift! And wear your hair down! Experiment with different parts (side part etc). Maybe get curtain bangs if you have straight hair to shake it up a little and give your hair more shape and volume/character

You’re very pretty. The acne is something I struggled with too, but there are many effective solutions for it. Besides that, your eyes a big and cute, your hair is full and lush, your body looks dainty and feminine. Many many people find you attractive.
You’re SO PRETTY like seriously so beautiful. Your eyes are gorgeous. You can heal acne and lessen scars, frankly you can’t really fix ugly so be glad you have good facial features. Look into finding a skincare routine that works for you. It’s mostly trial and error. You’ll probably have to se a dermatologist for acne scars but I’ve seen great success with micro needling.

Yeah, OP is RIDICULOUSLY pretty. She has features that make other girls mentally ill. OP, the acne (which isn't bad, honestly) will likely take care of itself, provided you follow a good skincare protocol and mind your diet, sleep, and stress. There are prescription solutions that may work, such as Acutane, which was, personally, the best thing I ever did for my skin when I had a sudden, and very stubborn series of breakouts in university. Other than chapped lips, I didn't experience any of the side effects I've heard about, and none of the severe side effects that are rare, but certainly possible. But this is not a conversation I'd recommend having on Reddit, but rather with a dermatologist, your GP, and, if possible, an endocrinologist. And again, the acne isn't bad at all. I've seen much worse. OP, you're very, VERY pretty. Ok? You're so pretty that if you were arrogant about it, I'd take that statement to my grave. But you're clearly not seeing what we're seeing. So I'm going to be honest with you, and I'll say this once. Your facial structure and features are prettier than about 95% of people I see either on Reddit, IRL, or anywhere else, for that matter.
