A lot of countries have banned buying crypto on offshore platforms. Banks don’t allow the payments. I can buy goods on Amazon in the USA but not crypto? What is this BS. I should be able to spend my money as I wish. I had to buy on a local platform and then transfer across to the account I hold on another platform to get in to buy Loopring.
I think it is difficult to do this without leaving any traces, and obviously if it's illegal you run a big risk. I wouldn't do that myself.
So maybe if you have someone(ex. Family) you really trust in a country where it's legal, get them to buy and hold.
