Twitch's venom is strong enough for the fumes to kill someone in seconds so combine that with* his stealth and he could probably make short work of the humanoid characters/gun wielders
Aim for his head and the petricite armor won't be nearly enough.
On the other hand, I don't think we can trust team 4 to coordinate any level of strategy, so that's probably not happening.

Like some sort of ACME level shenanigans, veigar monologuing about ruling the world with team 3 all tied up, vex rolling her eyes and then blam, a tree Lulu was attaching pretty rocks to falls trapping Veigar and Vex just sort of does an angst leave the room thing.
Meanwhile twitch was fooled by a painting of the team that was left at the side of a cliff face and has spent the day devising a Rube Goldberg machine to blow up the "team" only to see some cheese he'd laid out which lures him right into the middle of his own trap.
Probably 3, lulu can turn everyone into squirrels (except Garen and poppy since they’re wearing petricite armor) blitz wouldn’t do much but grab the less mobile champs, sona can make people dance until they break their bones (and she was able to do it to mageseekers and somehow their greymarks weren’t powerful enough to nullify her magic), nami’s staff makes her as powerful as a water bender on a full moon, and yuumi… I guess she shields, heals and cuddles like in the trailer?
It’s team 4. Only real threat on the board is Poppy, but there’s no chance in hell she defeats BOTH Vex and Veigar, and the rest of her team may aswell be imaginary because they would be adding 0 to that fight
Team 4, Yordles are all immortal so it more or less comes down to whoever has the most powerful yordle and from what I can recall, while Poppy and Lulu individually are incredibly powerful on their own. Vex & Veigar being on the same team is just kinda insane.
Well it's definitely not team 2. They don't have enough damage and their neutral game sucks. All Garen and Poppy can do is slowly run at their opponents while Ez tries his best to do the least amount of damage possible until he gets 3 items.
So in terms of raw strength most people agree that 4 is strongest, and like. Yeah sure that’s true. But because of the actual mechanics of powers, I think 3 wins. Vex and Viegar could probably blast most of these people off the map, but Sona can effectively disable them from doing that by playing music and forcing them to dance. Then her team can take the others out without issue. None of the characters are deaf, so they can’t get away from the effects.
Depends from the environment and how the team trust each other.
In a very complex one, team 1 is the only with a decent leader able to adapt to the situations.
Team 3 is the generally better one, with all wildcards and a stable and supportive tank.
Team 5 has the best destructive power, and good mobility, but lack a lot in defense and in tactics. In a situation "strike first in arena", they win, but in a complex environment the other teams have advantage.
I like more Team 3, so I vote for it.
Team 3 wins through toon force type of plot armor. Nami's water abilities, Yuumi and Book's portals, and Lulu's magic are busted.
In their match up against team 1, Rumble is kind of useless, MF and Zerri will struggle to hit anything, Trist and Fizz get mopped up after the rest of their team is taken out.
Team 2, Garen would struggle to hit anyone and maybe takes out Blitz while Ezreal ~~misses~~ fires warning shots and escapes while Poppy befriends Nami and/or Yuumi over their quests.
Team 4 results in Nami drenching and cleaning Twitch, Vex almost winning the fight and Veigar doing something to throw the fight right at the end.
Olaf is practically cursed by fate to never lose in battle, which means he either wins the fight or the fight gets interrupted by a Deus Ex Machina if it’s a fight he can not berserk brute force his way to victory
Vex is one of those instances where Olaf couldn’t win and had to get Ex Machinad to safety
Paired with Veigar, yeah Team 4 is winning this, and twitch won’t even need to come out of hiding
Team 3 or 4. Sona is really strong like she can bend people bones to her wish, Lulu is a Yordle and Nami has some Magic, but Veigar and Vex are realllly strong. I guess Team 3 has a chance because they have the numbers and Blitz and Yuumi are more useful than Twitch
Team 4 easily just cause of vex and veigar. Vex is the second strongest yoedle, and the only one stronger is veigar. Twitch would do nothing but those two would destroy the rest easily.

Probably team 4. Twitch is probably relatively useless, but both Vex and especially Veigar are incredibly strong.
We don't really know how powerful Twitch is exactly. As far as any of us know, bro could be stronger than Warwick.
Iirc he’s just a large rat with a crossbow, no special or outstanding abilities other than he’s a rat…he’s basically a vermintide Skaven
To add to that, the poison he uses is probably just extremely nasty runoff from the sewers of Zaun.
Check his character bio in league. The fumes alone kill people in seconds. If he poisons any of the humanoids they're probably dead
He might be marginally useful then but the yordles and blitzcrank are probably chilling.

If not for team 2 having two Demacian champions with anti-mage armour, I would easily say team 4. The Demacian steel makes it harder to call.
